Don't deal with this people
Ordered a visit cards on their website. In order form it was stated that all the taxes are included in price. Now delivery company asks me for the invoice which I don't have and to pay custom clearance and VAT for 10x price of my order.
This printing shop don't know how the business works. Maybe they saw it somewhere but didn't got the point.
How can they improve?
Shut down their wretched shop.
Management should settle in the place where people are getting kicked for every word of lies.

And I've contacted your customer support and (surprise surprise) they also did a ticky-tacky job. They told that from their point of wiev my order is delivered despite the fact that it resides at customs now and asked me to fill some PDF file from Postnl with fields for my data they already have. Of course I won't do that, you started this mess, now you clean it up.
You guys didn't even send me an invoice that which is a normal practice among online shops.
I just answered your message correctly. Would there be any commentary from you on what I wrote before?

In reference to order number 3846565, order placed 05.06.2025:
I have received a notification from Norway National Mail Services (Posten Norge), to come collect the parcel, but I have to pay customs of NOK 1.133 in order to get my parcel!!! See the attachment.
At no point have you ever informed that the customer must pay additional customs in order to get the parcel. This is highly illegal according to both national law in both Norway, and Portugal, as well as EU law to not inform customers of all expenses, and have hidden costs to your services. You are not allowed to do this.
If your practices were not illegal and fraudulent, you would have informed your customers of all the expenses and not hidden this extremely expensive cost - it's more than double the product price, which is ridiculous. I would never have bought from you had you informed of these expenses as is your duty to inform - it's too expensive otherwise so you have committed fraud here, and I will not accept this illegal and immoral behavior from you.
I will report you to the authorities both in Norway and Portugal if you don't correct the situation immediately. These are the two solutions you have:
- Make sure my package gets to me without additional costs. Under no circumstance am I paying any additional costs, including customs
OR
- Take the parcel back at your own expense and return me the full amount I paid for the product I bought from you.
I prefer this last solution as I no longer want to be a customer of yours after the immoral and fraudulent behavior.
Also, I now see on TrustPilot that several other customers have complained that you did the same to them, meaning, you also hid costs from them. So I am not the only one you have done this to, which will strengthen my case in the eyes of Norwegian and Portuguese authorities. This means you have continuously done illegal practices, and the authorities will take action against you.
Another thing is that you are also continuously spamming me with two-three e-mails EVERY SINGLE DAY, even though I specifically registered for NOT RECEIVING spam and commercials and PR and "special offers! from you. When I try to unsubscribe, you tell me to enter passwords, and then you write that password is wrong, so I am not able to unsubscribe to the spam and garbage you send me several times a day. This is also illegal according to both Norwegian, Portuguese and EU law. I will also report you to both authorities on this illegal practice.
I expect you to get back to me quickly with a solution to this mess you have created.

Bizay have many alternative printing services of high quality, the service is great and they deliver very quickly.
Repeated Tax Errors – Double VAT & Poor Customer Service
We’ve had multiple bad experiences ordering from this company. Despite being VOEC-registered and charging Norwegian VAT (MVA) at checkout, they repeatedly fail to declare shipments correctly, leading to double taxation on import. Even worse, they misdeclare the currency as EUR instead of NOK, which has caused 10x overcharges by Norwegian Customs.
We gave them feedback twice before (through their website and on Trustpilot), and they acknowledged the issue — but took no corrective action.
Customer service now responds with a generic excuse, shifting blame to the carrier instead of owning up to their mistakes and fixing their process. After three incidents, it’s clear they either don’t understand VOEC rules or don’t care about compliance and customer impact.
Until they change their shipping practices, we do not recommend ordering from them if you’re in Norway.
