CUSTOMER SERVICE &CANCELLATION REQUESTS!
My brochure design is not working with Bizay. They've offered to design the same brochure for $7.50. This design fits Canva Brochure orders. I've asked the customer service chat to refund my brochure orders. the only reply I get is "I don't Understand". Their customer service dept. is difficult to find and once found no person, just AI. I need help with this refund before printing the design that doesn't fit their conforming size.

No customer service
I placed an order for customised lighters and paid extra to arrive by a certain date for an event. I received an email from courier to advise they were returned to sender for “dangerous goods” and to contact sender with regards to the order. I made 2 customer care enquiries weeks ago and have received no response. There is no phone number for the company so I am out of pocket now for an order I no longer require. Would not recommend to anyone due to the absence of customer service.

Products look good. Prices look tempting. Indeed, what we have received is actually pretty good quality. But 2 out of 3 deliveries have been lost or completely missed. It's impossible to get hold of any customer service or resolution as Bizay don't respond to emails, provide no customer service numbers and their 'virtual assistant' only passes you on to the couriers. You will never see a refund or a resolution. Don't bother with them
