I ordered stickers on a roll. Quality was very good.

I.m in Canada and did not realize these were shipped from Portugal. There was a 3-4 day due to customs so be aware if you are time sensitive.

Price was less than half if purchased locally.

Overall 5/5 for Price and quality
4/5 for delivery....which is really a customs issue but does detract from Overall experience

Great products, great price and on time delivery.

I placed 2 order three weeks ago through their subsidiary 360online print and received one ten days later. Quality was ok.

The second order which was placed at the same time as yet to arrive. Their order status says still in production but it also says it has a USPS tracking number and has been waiting to be picked up for shipment for two weeks.

Their customer service is awful, their chat bot only gives ingormation you can already see Nd they have no other contact info available on their sight to email anyone with questions or concerns.

I have purchased many promotion items and other purchases online over the years and this is by far the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had.

I would recommend anyone considering doing business with Bizay or 360online print stay far far away from this lousy company. There Re dozens of other online companies specializing in what they do.

To bizay and 360online print, this is no way to run a business.

Item arrived in a timely manner, on schedule and was exactly as described. We ordered 5,0000 stickers, the print quality was good and the price was significantly cheaper than competitors.

I revived my order on time and every thing is good 👍

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have stopped responding to emails about an order I paid for months ago (and have not received). Their support chat never has any active agents. The support submission form link goes to a blank page. And the option to 'login' to my account doesn't do anything. The website product descriptions lacked clarity, which led me to purchase the wrong product, and even though they hadn't printed my product yet (because they claimed the 'template' -something they didn't provide me with- had errors) they refused to cancel and place a new order for the correct size. In an effort to get the product I can't use (but paid for) I tried working with their team to understand what was wrong with the template (I think they meant 'design' - customers don't provide print companies with templates) so I could fix it. They kept insisting that my 'logo' didn't fit properly and that I needed to send it in. My design doesn't have a logo in it and I don't want a logo on my product. I think they meant 'design' (not logo), but they refused to even acknowledge the breakdown in communication around print terminology. It has been so frustrating. Oh - and they don't tell you (up front) that you might have to pay duties on your order. So, if you don't live in the country your product ships from (which you won't know when you place your order), be prepared for duties, taxes, and/or tariffs you weren't budgeting for! I'll never buy from them again. What a waste of time and money.

Great price

They sent my package to a totally Wrong address according to TNT/FedDex (order 4011599). I have been trying to contact them, but unsuccessfully. You can only contact them through their online form and they reply with pre-made answers and not addressing your problem at all.
I have now lost nearly $200.
It is highly concerning to see a company like this not being able to copy/paste the address correctly. Customer service after sale is 0/10

Everything is pretty easy to use on the website and everything is clear and the product for me and my case came out better than I expected when I saw it

I'd give a zero if I could and I never do this. I order several rolls to try the product as the point was great for small business and when the rolls arrived only 1-4 stickers were acceptable. The rest were blurry, given some where clear I know it wasn't the digit image provided. I emailed the company back after they asked for input and received an inactive email auto response. I yoona chance and lost but I hope nobody else does.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the entire process was. The website itself is user-friendly, making it simple to navigate and upload my files without any hassle.

What impressed me the most was the care taken in packing the items. The labels were delivered to me safely and securely, which shows a commendable attention to detail.

Overall, my experience was very positive, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a printing company

was a bit challenging to download the correct size even tho I went by the measurements given. had to adjust several times. BUT … the finished goodies look great.
