This starts out great
This starts out great. Rapid responce from multi brokers able and willing to do what they can to get you funding. What happens next is a nightmare. Your banking and personal information is shared with people all over the country who will not stop harrassing you. I have mulitple brokers who call and text 30 times a day.
It is still happening with 100 calls and texts even a week after I closed the application. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE unless you are ready to change your number and close your accounts days after.

Made all my payments on time
Made all my payments on time. I have tried to reach out to refinance my loans as they said I could if my sales slowed down and my payments were all made on time. Cant get Dan Price or Kevin to respond to me after trying numerous times.

We were not funded correctly per our…
We were not funded correctly per our signed contract, they withheld information in the contract and withheld funds, which was never discussed, so we have a signed contract for 15k and I spoke with the rep he stated the same, signed the contract for 14,5 to be funded minues fees, and we only received 7400.00 out of 15k. It was their error, they stated this to me in the call. Full disclosure they put us in a worse situation that what we were in to behin with, we cannot even used the funds given for what they were for because they kept half of them

Service was horrendous
I have used Biz2Credit in the past and will probably use them again. But the team servicing me this time was terrible. Poor and untimely communication. My primary contact was with Pranay, a support person who knew more than the lead, Gary Wilson. My interaction with the lead, drove my rating and would be a reason not to do business with Biz2Credit in the future.

Inaccurate updates/no follow ups
I sent all of my information to mark johnson and his associate, Himanshu. After multiple follow ups i received emails stating I should have a decision in a few hours. That never happened. I continue to email with updates and no response. I am concerned that I’ve shared confidential information about my business with a scam. This process has not gone the way they said it would, and the lack of response is very concerning.
