I am seeing that a lot of people have problems with “transport problem delays”… coincidence?
Bixoto didn’t do much until I made a fuss… even then, the solution was “take it or leave it”… not very “nice” customer service.
So, after finally receiving my product and posting this review, I got an email saying that p&p was being refunded and a 10€ credit was being added to my account and asking if I could please modify my review here - so, I am increasing to 2 stars but what was done in that email should have been offered before - compensation because of a negative review is still bad customer service - I mean, if I hadn’t posted a review on Tristpilot they were happy to close the transaction as was.
If you want good reviews from the start - give good customer service from the start.

laptop tray very low quality, zero to non cushions, Had to put a pillow inside to make it even usable broke when installing batteries and the print on top had air bubbles that can only be removed by creating a hole for the air to be released.

I ordered Tiziana Terenzi perfume at a very good price. There was a TRANSPORT SERVICE ERROR problem during the delivery, but the Bixoto site manager quickly helped to solve it successfully. I am grateful to Bixoto. I got the perfume at the best price.

I ordered a borosilicate glass storage jar, with acacia wood lid and spoon. I had bought two of these from another store a year ago and I recently needed a third one but it was already sold out. Luckily, I found the same product in Bixoto. This was my first time ordering from this website so I was unsure at first. However, the jar arrived in perfect condition in a good package and it is exactly the same as the other two. 🤞👏
