Nothing but problems with Bixby Chocolates

Nothing but problems with Bixby.

At first I was ordering their chocolates from Macys and all was fine, then Macys started canceling my orders for no reason at all.

It turns out that even if the item isn't in stock or they don't want to ship because it's too hot, they don't tell you on the listing page (or remove it) so you waste your time ordering, only to have your order canceled the next day.

So I reached out to Bixby to order direct from them and there were issues immediately.

1. They don't get my emails and till this day they haven't bothered to fix the issue and my email or domain is not on any blacklist, so it's clearly an issue on their end.I do get emails from other companies, but I do understand the evils are behind this so people lose business, get angry at being ignored, etc.

All planned.

2. They force you to use a toxic cell phone weapon just to order. I put my landline number in there & it wouldn't let me purchase.

They are using shopify which is clearly an evil owned shopping cart company, otherwise they wouldn't force you to have/use a toxic cell phone weapon.

Kate the owner didn't even know they require a phone number & had to use her phone number just so I could order.

I get it, I used to be an entrepreneur & you don't always know what the customer experience is on the front end.

I did end up eventually speaking to Kate & spent a lot of money with her.

2. When I emailed a month later to order again, again no response to my emails so I was forced to call.

I spoke to her father. He kind of seemed out of it & acted like the emails not getting to them is no biggy, but he is older.

They won't give me a discount code (I'm sure that's Kate who said that), & they didn't have the coffee chocolate nor did they tell me when they will be getting it in. It didn't see like he cared.

I didn't order because of the coffee chocolates being out of stock.

3. Two weeks later I called & left a message on October 12th after hours. I asked them to email me or call me later in the afternoon. Nothing.

I called on the 13th, again left a message again later in the day, I'm not EST I'm 2 hours behind. Still no response.

I called today earlier (the 14th) before 5 pm EST & again no one picked up the phone. I didn't bother leaving a message.

I was ready to order & just wanted to know about the coffee chocolates & also if my order would go through this time with her phone number, but I guess all of this is too difficult.

Another thing I don't like about this company is the man bashing & just to be clear, I'm a WOMAN.

I'm sick of these toxic feminists making it seem like if they are a woman they are better than men. They elude that all men are evil, violent, etc. Totally NOT TRUE.

This has destroyed the relationships between men & women & now most men want nothing to do with women because they have been abused so much by women. They are afraid of women now & I can understand why.

I was shocked when I learned this about 4-6 months ago, especially how many women physically & financially abuse men.

I've been studying the Truth since 2016 and had no idea this was going on.

I say this because on her site, Kate tells you this is a woman owned company as IF that should make you want to buy from her. She even puts it in her emails for her list.

It's obvious what the hidden message behind this means. Why does it matter what gender you are (there are only 2 genders) in order for someone to want to buy from you?

So she doesn't want any men as customers?

Just insane.

I would have boycotted her before if the chocolates weren't so good & now they are ignoring me.
