Return warm gloves harderider
Bought warm gloves harderider on dutch website. Where much too big. Only one size available. Asked for returnadress as not mentioned on website . They send the adress in China for quality control. Price for return was too high also to add custom clearance for my account.
First they proposed 15% reduction , then 30%, the 100% and I could keep the gloves. This is a month ago and still didn´t receive my money in return. The quality of the gloves doesn´t look too good either . I even don´t want to give them away as a present. Also paid with my creditcard as refused to work with Paypal. This was no problem but they created my account with Paypal without my permission. And Paypal is a misery , no reply on mails, no telephone number, no assistance.
It looks like I am talking to a computer repeating the same without giving a solution
