avoid at all costs!! purchased a “renewed” macbook pro from these guys on amazon 2 months ago which had been fitted with an incredibly poor quality third party faulty screen. after contacting them through amazon support when it inevitably broke (due to no fault of my own) they wanted nothing to do with it, stating that the damage was my own fault and that the damage is not covered under warranty (despite their own website stating that damage due to a faulty part is covered) and even went as far as to lie to me saying that the screen hadn’t been replaced. thankfully managed to get my money back from amazon and book it in for a screen repair but to save yourself the headache, avoid ordering anything from these guys!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Extremely dishonest seller - purchased iPad through Amazon, claimed to be in excellent condition. What I received was a device with scuff marks, scratches and dents on the bezel, 2cm scratch on the screen, nail polish covering the speaker mesh and on top of everything - locked, demanding a passcode upon powering up. They refused to accept the return, claiming it was me who locked the iPad. Had to go through Amazon A-to-Z claim to get my money back with loss only on the return shipping. Never buy from them even if they are the last retailer on Earth.

Purchased a M1 Pro for my son's birthday. Made an error in my shipping address and they were quick to rectify my mistake. On top of that delivery was quick as promised with next day delivery. For a refurbished item I would not be able to tell that it was used. Would definitely buy from them again. Thanks

I bought a 2021 MacBook pro M1 pro refurbished (it was supposed to be in excellent condition) from their Amazon store. The item arrived completely bent at bottom. I send it back and they refused to issue the refund accusing me of stabbing my own 1000 pound Mac. Called Amazon and still waiting for my money. Avoid buying from this company, completely scam

Brought a Mac book Pro via Amazon with this company and the display was faulty so I ask the seller for refund and agreed once I send the faulty laptop back. When they receive the laptop, they have accused the laptop has dents and refuse for refund and when they send me back the laptop I notice they replace my original laptop for another one. The Dent laptop was not my original laptop, don't buy from this company they are very dishonest and also be aware that they use other business name on different platform selling their laptop.

I purchased a MacBook Pro 2017 from them.

Purchased date: 14 Aug 2023

A. First of all it didn’t get delivered, and when I contacted them and told them the tracking said delivered but I don’t have it. And they said I did.

B. Month later in 5th December 2023 I ended up receiving the MacBook but by then I didn’t need it anymore so returned it.

C. After returning it and proving that it was delivered they refused and have said they haven’t received it, and I have sent them evidence showing the tracking number and tracking showing it was delivered even a picture and signed by them.

D, it’s now April 2024 and still have no refund. And Amazon have been no help.

Awful company. sell items as if they have a year warrenty said i could return the item and they only have me 2/3 of the money back i overpayed for the device anyway. £600 down the drain. amazon unable to help. then when i left a review on amazon they got it taken down. please please please go to any other seller for your refurb macbooks.

I purchased a new MacBook Air 2020 from Bitz4All Limited via a sales platform called OnBuy.com.

On receipt and after I had set it up, I realised that I had actually been sold a refurbished MacBook Air and not a new one. I contacted the seller and they argued that is was like new. This was simply not the case and, of course, I was unable to buy AppleCare+ from Apple.

There was no apology for the false claim on the website and receipt provided and no offer to reimburse the difference between the price of a new MacBook Air 2020 model and a refurbished one, which would have been between £60 and £80. There has been complete radio silence.

I have since complained to the sales platform OnBuy.com Bitz4All Limited have aslo ignored their request to address thye issue. I note that Bitz4All Limited also have sales accounts on other major sales platforms, their own website and, social media. They also trade under another name using the same home address.
