They stole 600 chf cash from me at their cryptos atm instead of providing eth. Bitcoin was not even working. I have a ticket with empty wallet instead and screen shot the ATM error. Their support(email only) barely replied once over 10 days with a one line response "we re looking into it" kind of thing despite my many emails saying it was actually important to me to have this money and was affected negatively a lot. I might try to go to their office request reimbursement if it even exists... What a joke.

Update: it took 12 days to resolve. They actually sent it the next day I ve post review on trustpilot and google so I m giving a 3 stars instead.

In my entire life I have never seen a Bitcoin ATM have less than 1000 CHF in its box, which means that cash withdrawals are hardly possible with this provider.

The problem is simple, you can hardly see that there is no money in it. Only when you have deposited the amount in cryptocurrencies into the ATM and you want to withdraw it would you see that the ATM currently has no cash.

The support is slow and you have to wait a really long time for this little thing.

Everything as advertised!
They offer a fast and uncomplicated service, without the need for verification, if you stay under the limit for unverified accounts.

The only negative point is, that unverified users, can not enter a „Reference message“ any more, when they exchange crypto to bank transfer.
This disables me to top up my prepaid card, without going through the verification process.
I hope they enable this option again when their new „Bill pay“ service goes online again.

Reliable and fast responce in dealing with standard rated orders of purchase or cash out of kryptocurrency.

I used Bity via the platform Edge to transfer crypto funds to my bank account. After some confusion andan error with my transaction, the team at Bity were incredibly helpful in finding a resolution and returning my missing funds.

Bity is a reliable and precise platform, customer service is not 24/7 as support has its downtime but you can trust that in a few hours you will receive the answer to your questions or the help you need to complete your operations. Their agents are very friendly and willing to help with good treatment of clients. You can trust them, your money with Bity is well taken care of, everything is very transparent.

The Bity staff provided prompt support for my problem with flawless execution, I am very grateful for their support! I wanted to sell cryptocurrency and I wasn't aware that Wise doesn't support transfers related to cryptocurrencies. It's stated in Wise and Bity documentation. The guy who helped me offered a lot of options, and I have chosen to transfer the Ethereum back to my wallet. After we agreed upon the details, the transaction has been fully executed in minutes. Thanks again for their professional way of solving this concern!

I did several transfers during last months, all was ok, fast and intuitive.

The only tiny suggestion I would like to make is please consider reducing number of meaningful digits when fixing the exchange rate. Nobody will ever care about ones that cost less than let's say 10 cents, which means you can safely use 7 digits while BTC is lower than $1m (all other names are automatically good being less costly). Ideally tune the digits to the asset, say it is enough to have 4 digits for ETH now. At the moment it's a bit of headache when using several devices (one for ordering, another for transferring).

Overall is a very good site, with good fees and fast delivery time. BUT they could hire more chat support, during a spawn of 2h I was able to get only messages from the support guy
