Horrible experience. I have opened a bank account and went through the live identification process. The success of the identification was confirmed by email. I had to transfer a minimum of 30 EUR in order to order the bank card. I transferred 50 EUR via wise.com from my GBP account. A day later I received a mail that the bank terminated the contract with immediate effect and my bank account is closed. To receive the funds back I had to complete and sign a payment order. To my question why the bank terminated the contract I received the following response: “ Solarisbank has made use of its right to terminate the business relationship. As a tied agent, we unfortunately have to comply with this decision. The reasons for this are sadly not always communicated to us, which is why I unfortunately cannot provide you with any further information.” Very bad service, I do not recommend to use this bank.

Edit after receiving the response from nuri. In their response a temporary account closure is mentioned. However, my bank account was permanently closed, the contract was terminated with immediate effect without any further explanation or question to me. Therefore the response from nuri does not cover the truth.
This is the copy of the email received from nuri about terminating the contract:
“Dear Agnes,
We regret to inform you that we hereby terminate our business relationship with you with immediate effect pursuant to Section §16 of our Terms of Service and §5 (2) of Supplementary Agreement on the Crypto Wallets of our Terms of Service.
Also, we hereby inform you that our partner Solarisbank AG (“Solarisbank”) terminates the business relationship between you and Solarisbank based on Section 19 paragraph 3 of Solarisbank's General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for reasonable cause with immediate effect. Your banking connection will be canceled and closed with immediate effect.
In addition, we hereby inform you that our partner Solaris Digital Assets GmbH (“SDA”) also terminates the entire business relationship between you and SDA for reasonable cause with immediate effect pursuant to section 22.3 of SDA’s Conditions for Crypto Custody Services.”

Therefore, because of the poor customer service and the response that does not clarify and cover what happened in my case, my opinion is unchanged: Very bad service, I do not recommend to use this bank.

Its a nice Bank. But not a perfect.
Yes, its great but could be more great if we can buy more crypto with our Cold Wallet.
What I think that its very inportant, its the possibility to do instantly direct SEPA transfers.

Nuri is a good German Crypto bank.
I understand they work under the license of Solaris bank.

I sent to ETH wallet 2.5 ETH, transaction confirmed in etherscan in 5 minuts, but after 24h i still dont have my eth in my wallet on Nuri app. Still waiting. I opened a ticket on customer support, no reply so far.

I updated. It tooks 24h to receive my ETH on wallet, everything worked fine. Anyhow one reason why we use crypto is because transfer should be safe and fast if correctly managed, and to wait for ETH appear on app for a daylong it is not a nice experience. Thanks for support anyway.

Not recommendable in Bulgaria. I could not registerr at Nuri because they do not accept bills etc. in cyrilic letters (and this are the letters used in bulgaria for official communication) to verify my accout They do not even accept an offical - from the bulgarian authority issued titel which was then translated with an official translation office into english.

So ... a lot of work for nothing

And as you see in the answer ... they do not even understand that the original bank statements are in cyrilic letters. So they ask for something which one can not provide - not even if you pay for a translation. Absolutly useless service in Bulgaria and support team with no cultural competence.
