I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Bitunix.
On 17 June, my account was suddenly restricted after I deposited 2,351.22 USDT from my own verified Bitget wallet. When I tried to withdraw my funds, my withdrawal was suspended and my account was placed under review.
Since then, I have fully cooperated with every request from the compliance team. I have completed KYC, submitted my bank statements, proof of funds, and all other documents they requested. Despite providing everything promptly, I continue to receive only requests to wait longer.
Initially, I was told to wait for the review to be completed. Now I have been informed to wait until 28 July, with no clear explanation or final resolution. This has left my funds inaccessible for an extended period.
I understand that exchanges must carry out compliance checks, but keeping a customer's funds locked for weeks while repeatedly extending the review period without a definitive outcome is frustrating and unacceptable.

I sincerely hope the Bitunix team will review my case as soon as possible, complete the compliance process, and restore access to my account so I can withdraw my own funds. I will update this review good once my case is resolved.

The app works very poorly on an iPad because of pop-ups that do not appear on the screen, for example when switching between assets and stables in orders. It is very frustrating.

Horrible experience
I have never in my life wrote a review but this deserves one to warn everyone. Bitunix had a very nice deposit bonus campaign so i deposited 2000$ after which they denied my bonus. To receive the bonus i had to download the app, connect the authenticator and scan my hand, of course i refused this so i wanted to withdraw (without ever trading on this exchange) and it FAILED,support told me i have to KYC with video and give them proof of my address like bank statements or utility bill after which they will do internal review (so this KYC does not garantie your money back)
They basically force you into advanced KYC and they are farming data on users (data is new gold rush). Avoid this exchange.
EDIT > as they requested i sent them email on 27.07 and on 02.08 today is 04.08 and still no response

The seller has been stalling this trade for 3 days using the exact same excuse of 'not having internet banking' and 'trying to get a bank statement.' A bank statement does not take 3 days to obtain in this digital era. This is a clear attempt to hold my funds and manipulate the P2P system.
I have already uploaded the official payment slip and a complete video proof of the transaction showing the successful transfer to the seller's verified account.
My funds are legitimately transferred, and the seller is refusing to verify it deliberately. I request the Moderator to review my concrete video and slip evidence immediately and force-release my crypto. Please penalize this seller for freezing my funds unnecessarily."
