BitTrust.ca representative Benjamin Gray or Benjamin Grey was the Russian accented hell bound demon that stole my money while impersonating Philipp Sandner in trades (until I discovered he died January 16, 2024) although he was still being impersonated by these scammers and I almost made the mistake of getting Morgan Financial Recovery and their Russian Dan Miller in on the tax fraud aspect of their scam. Do not give them a second of your time... they are evil and can not burn in hell soon enough!

Action Fraud (AF) will do nothing. Fortunately i did not get involved with this Bittrust but reading the reviews it sounds exactly like the same fraud that I fell victim to 1 year ago via a fraudulent outfit called Digital-Miners. I and others reported to AF and despite repeated chasing, they did nothing.

They are still at it again .... reported them to both Action Fraud and the Financial Conduct Authority as well as the landlords of Canada Square in London where they pretend to have a Support Office which is a lie as they wanted to make it look like validated financial sector address.

I invested the basic £181 and watched this grow to £740, in a matter of months, at which point I asked to close the account and withdraw the balance. In the past 6 months I have received numerous email replies telling me my account manager will be in touch.

Nearly 3 months laters still no money! even after following all their instructions to the letter.

Not a penny refunded never will either. Police fraud department acting now but this has to be put in the media terrible nothing is stopping them

Philip Sheffield was acting accountant in my account- scammed £4000 out of me. Miraculously turned into £20,000 but want more money , another £3,500 to take it out.
Called everyday with updates, false claims. When they got all MY MONEY.. nothing!
Had another guy start calling claiming to be the manager.. I wanted to withdraw my money and he started swearing at me saying that I have to pay for there service to get my money back.
ABSOLUTE SCUM BAGS.

This company is a total scam, my investment of £1000 is still with them, and they are requesting that I pay £600 to get my money back, who does that? They change account manager anyhow; Maria Holtz, David Base, David Langhi, Christian Baros, etc.
They refunded my initial deposit of £250 paid through AllprimePay but my £1000 worth of Bitcoin is still with them with the so-called profit they made.

All they want is for you to deposit more fund and they make it look like you are profiting. Ask them you want to withdraw, and see the other side.

I fell for their scam because I read good reviews about them on trust pilot. Please don't trust any good review here!

This company is an absolute scam always asking fir money I put it in £1700 to watch my account go up to nearly 30 k they blocked my emails who I was dealing with Adrian. Don’t give these your money I’ve not had a penny back !!!!😡😡😡😡😡

Oh they sound so professional and convincing. I am not wealthy I just want a little extra for a holiday of a life time with my daughter that has now gone.

Very helpful customer service when they want you deposit more money. I have done everything asked of me to get my account to a decent profitable level. I informed the agents I spoke with that I only needed my initial deposit back short term and long term I would like to continue trading with them on their platform.

I was informed that once at the required account level I could withdraw my initial deposit. Having got there reasonably quickly, my transaction request has now been pending for more than a month. I have since been passed around different agents, each one promising me I can make the withdrawal.

There has now apparently been a problem with the transaction which I was told would be solved last week.
Since then I haven't heard from anyone about when it will be rectified. No one will respond to my emails and their phone line won't connect.

I feel very disappointed in the lack of empathy shown towards my situation by the company and feel like I've been scammed out of my hard earned money. I hope that the company can still rectify this situation otherwise I will take alternative measures to recoup my money.

In response to your reply, I have transferred transaction fees and followed everything that was asked of me. I cannot connect with anyone from BitTrust as your phone line disconnects and all my emails bounce back. So please do explain further how your financial advisors have done everything they can to explain to me? They told me there was a mistake at their end, so why do your records show it is me at fault?

So to follow up from my first review. 100% scammed. These guys are professional scammers. DO NOT trust them. Everything they say is complete BS. Once they get your investment you will never be able to get it back. There is no Bittrust company there is no software it’s all fake. I have all the emails and correspondence from Matthew Harvey, Frank Turner, Mark Kayser and Ben Faul. They are complete frauds and liars. 100% guaranteed.

Everything you deposit into Bittrust is using crypto they tell you some story on why that is even though no legitimate trading companies will accept funds via crypto. In reality they do this as they use a deposit address this is not a wallet address. This need to be clear. A deposit address could belong to anyone anywhere.

Then the next step is when you want to withdraw some real profits, after pretend trading, they will have all kinds of excuses and reasons why it’s not possible until you reach the end game when they try to scam you again. They will claim that your account has been cleared and the funds have been sent to blockchain.com as a third party who will make sure everything is legit and both parties agree to send larger amounts of money. You will then be contacted by another scammer pretending to be from blockchain who asks you to deposit upto 25% of the amount into another deposit account as a safety measure. This will also be returned to you will all your money. Wrong again!!! Again don’t believe them that is completely fake.

These guys have been scamming for a long time they have no conscience and are very good at what they do.

I guarantee anyone that has invested a substantial amount has not seen a single cent returned to them apart from the first return of under $100 to suck you into investing more and more.

Ask yourself something else.....are these reviews being produced from a Review Farm where false accounts are set-up and positive reviews purchased to try and fool prospective customers into the credentials of this company?

Have a read through the negative reviews first as they will give you a real life experience of working with bittrust.net and their blatant efforts to rob you of your hard earned cash.

after finance delays. Will update review after funds are received📞Funds did arrive. Thank you Daniel. In summary I wouldn’t recommend Bittrust. Too much hassle to achieve refunds and lame excuses why full profits aren’t refunded. Apparently you have to ask for withdrawals rather than refunds. Daniel at least tried by providing 50 pounds “ extra “. My calculation was 70:pounds still short. Ce la Vie.
