THE WORST PLATFORM IN CRYPTOCURRENCY INDUSTRY , back in 2017 i have been hacked on this paltform and lost over 3000 dollar , please avoid trading on this platform

Bittrex is an absolute scam I tried to log in to withdraw my funds but it’s saying the 2 step authentication code is wrong,total minyaka !!!! DO NOT USE BITTREX PEOPLE TRUST ME !!!!!!!

Beware, might be an exit scam and many people are locked out of their accounts, myself included .

There is no support at all ! Waiting for 2 weeks for a reply, I can't unlock my account and access my funds, losing thousands of dollars because of this scam service !

Edit: It's been over 1 month and I still can't login to account even after sending all my documents .

Seems like the only way is really to contact FBI

Same experience as others here: I was locked out of my account, my request for resetting 2FA is being ignored, though I sent them all the requested documents in order to do so. I still dont have access but I get emails that one of the coins I have in my wallet there is discontinued and any remaining balance was deleted this week.
Since my account is a larger big one, I have no choice but to sue. Stay away!!!

my account has been locked for over a year because I lost my phone and can't retrieve my 2FA.
I've asked for them to reset it numerous time.
All I get is an automated response asking to upload proof of ID whilst holding it in hand with another piece of paper with the date on it. which I have done 3 times in the past year. No response to my support ticket what so ever. And this is meant to be a legit company!!! I have funds locked in there anyone else having a similar problem? if so lets start a class action lawsuit against Bittrex

I have been trying to log into my account for 3 weeks, since around 2/6/21, and the website will not allow me access. I input 2FA as shown and the website says that my numbers do not match. I contacted them via email support, and was told to submit 3 photos of myself holding my ID and a handwritten piece of paper with the date and "Bittrex" written on it in order to verify who I am. I did this hoping they would reply and resolve my log in issue. So far, no further communication from them at all. I have further requested help at least 4 or 5 more times and still no reply.

If I could give no star I would bitrex stock option traders are frauuuuds they have took all my money I've invested all my savings £££££££ I am absolutely livid. Once you invest you need to upgrade once you've up graded you need to pay commission once you've paid commision they as for withdrawal fee when does it end. Can anyone help please to get my money back!!!!

I am very unhappy with their support.

My ticket is hanging there unresolved for 14 days already without a proper reply or any kind of information. I am a verified Bittrex customer for over 2 years and now when I need to pass additional steps to confirm my identity Bittrex support is ignoring me for 2 weeks. This is bad customer service!

I am not a fan of leaving bad Trustpilot reviews, but this now seems the only way to get their attention to my case.

I lost my mobile phone and therefore I lost my Authenticator system so I wasn't able to login anymore trough two-factor-autenthication (2FA).
Since Bittrex has not any alternative to join without 2FA like Coinbase or another exchanges, you should write a support 'ticket' to ask for help. I did it, and 13 days after still unanswered... This situation is very disgusting and stressing...

The constant downtime and bad platform management make this exchange one of the worst to deal with. I would suggest avoiding them.

It was easy to setup an account and make deposits but they will not let you pull your money out. I have been trying to get my money for almost a month now but nobody is doing the withdrawal approval paperwork. Its essentially robbery.
I am going to pursue a lawsuit.

Bitrex realizing that it will not pull a competitor. And I decided to scam at new highs)) well, or someone from the leadership
opened a short position with the funds of his clients. It is clear that the exchange will not recover from such negligence. And when it was one of the first exchanges.
Let's learn a lesson from this and no longer be lazy to keep funds in cold wallets.

They disabled my account for no reason and they are not responding to any of my email on support -_- Good bye finances on bittrex, newer should had use that scam site

Not responding to your ticket whether your deposit / withdrawals are stucked. Exit scam incoming

If you play by their rules, provide them all the kyc documents and answer their questions, you'll receive all the coins. Support can take a long time before they respond.

If I could give no stars I would. These guys are looking at some lawsuits I'd say. Super unstable exchange, ZERO customer support. You have more chances of Jesus replying to your ticket than Bittrex. Thankfully I managed to send all my BTC to another exchange today. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Can log onto my account but can't complete 2 step verification will not let me upload photos do not use this sight they will not support you at all

@Bittrex Team, please address each of these negative reviews. Silence from Bittrex is damaging.
