Fantastic level of service
Fantastic level of service! Communication could be improved
I ordered an item which they claimed on their website was in stock. After waiting for 2 weeks without any update on shipment, I contacted them and was told that the item was out of stock and that they had allegedly sent me an e-mail the week before to inform me of this and that they would refund me the price, which I already paid, in the next days. I had actually not received that e-mail and after 1 week I still had not received the refund. It took another 4 follow-up e-mails to which they only answered after I left a negative review here on Trustpilot and later even threatened to sue them. In the end I received my money back after a total of 4 weeks from their initial e-mail - this process and communication could certainly be improved...
