This is a Chinese company that feigns as an American company! Very cheap clothing that disintegrates after washing in DREFT! It’s ashamed that the US allows this kind of GRIFT from China. BUYER BEWARE!!!

This is the first and only bad review I’ve ever had to write for any company. My mother purchased several items for my son for Christmas. Since she shopped early, we didn’t receive the items until after the 30 day return window. All of the items purchased were size “100” but all were visibly different sizing even for same type (e.g. sweatshirt with different print). I simply wanted to exchange an item for a larger size to match the other sizes that were the same labeled size. Since this had just passed the 30 day window they refused to help me. This would be no dollar impact to them and it was their sizing that was inaccurate. We will not shop here again.

I thought I was ordering from an American children’s boutique. Nope, the clothing comes from China. Their emails and website will lead you to believe that they are in America. I ordered 2 outfits for two new family members, both the same size. One is much smaller and obviously not the correct size. The items are VERY cheaply made. And of course, I had to wait way too long for them to come. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Very disappointed, not realizing shipments come from China. Two weeks & i still don't have my items, but you made sure you took my $$ before they've actually been shipped. Now I get a notice to track shipment with a TBA but doesn't accept original tracking number. Im hoping I actually get my items but I won't be ordering from Bitsy again!

What everyone else says….VERY misleading! This is NOT a small, family owned business out of Arizona. ALL from China. The products DO NOT look like the pics, VERY cheap quality. So tired of these scams on line…DONE ordering from ads on Facebook…9x out of 10 the products are not what they appear.

Ordered before Christmas, still never received package or refund. Tracking says shipment cancelled but seller told me to contact the post office because sometimes things get held up there. Its not there. That wasn't my job to do. I placed an order an expected delivery of items and if you can't deliver then refund my order.

Incredibly misleading!!!!! ALL FROM CHINA. I thought I was purchasing for USA, the website makes you believe it is a sweet family business from Arizona. BULLLLL!!! Do not buy here, cheap product, ridiculous shipping time AND LIES

I purchased several outfits from this company. First of all I thought it was a US based business. Their website is misleading. I received two separate shipments for my orders that took quite a bit of time to receive as they came from somewhere in Asia. I have contacted them several times to let them know I was missing an item. They keep playing the stupid game that your post office must be holding the package. Then they only have record of one package being sent even though their email shipment notification states 2. I requested a refund for the item rather than waiting for weeks to receive a replacement. They have yet to make this right and are playing games hoping I will just give up. I am unsure of the reviews they show online on their website as there is nowhere for me to leave a review. Also their website has false advertising as this is their guarantee

So all I can say is buyer beware. My advice is if there is no place to leave a review, then they are probably not what you thought they were. My opinion is they have probably stolen reviews from other legitimate companies or have faked them. I would also assume the picture are from other companies websites or the pictures are from peoples social media accounts. I looked up the Chandler AZ address and it is at a shopping center. I will have to call around and verify if this company even exists at this address.

The time you place an order and the time to receive an item is very delayed apparently because these products are made in Asia and mailed from there to you. the craftsmanship is so poor, the fabric very thin and poorly constructed. I do not want anyone else to experience the frustrations and disappointment so do not purchase thru this site and in addition, there is no customer service that is helpful. apparently, they contract with these vendors overseas such a poor business concept......do not use this website.

I ordered from this company without reading the reviews. I always read reviews…except this one time. Im really not upset I haven’t received the items I ordered. What I am upset about is this company is in china. That really pisses me off.

Misleading site. Had no idea this was an oversees operation. Items have not arrived - three weeks now. Check the location - a storefront that looks nothing like a boutique. Order from someone else! I’m contacting the credit card company today.

Do not order from this site. I ordered 10 outfits on 11/24/23 and as of today (1/1/24) I have received 2 of them. They have responded to my emails that their tracking system is not working properly and all pieces have shipped separately. They are very sketchy and do not provide specific feedback. I am very skeptical that I will receive any further items. If I do…I will update review.

I hate being mislead to think the company that I am ordering from is in the UNITED STATES. Bitsy Bug is merely someone running a website, no telling where products are coming from. I don’t want to give my money to the CCP or any 3rd world country that may use labor that isn’t fair to the person working on shipping, to the person making the clothes, I hate that I didn’t do my due diligence first. I HAVE CONTACTED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ABOUT THIS WEBSITE!!

Like others have said, I should have done my research before ordering from this Chinese company. They dupe you with the fake family story. I purchased 2 items and both have the same tracking number. I got one delivered yesterday (although tracker says it's still in China) and boy was I disappointed! First off, the bag and clothes smell awful - like a nasty chemical smell. Then I notice the tags...generic tags from China that doesn't even have the size written on it. The material is not nice, especially for a baby! AND the washing instructions is hand wash and line dry!! Really?? I bought this as a gift and I would be totally embarrassed if I gave it to them. So mad! Shame on me for not looking this company up first. Lesson learned.

I thought I was ordering from a nice family owned business out of Alabama...turns out it came from China. My order arrived in two weeks which isn't the worst but I would not have ordered had I known it was coming from China. I do not like being deceived by a website. The product did look like the picture and the quality is ok but think twice before you trust this website.

First of all, yes the wait was long. but it says that it takes awhile to arrive right on the website and I was reminded when I sent a email asking where my items were ? Yes I was impatient and l hate to wait. Yes it did come 24 days later. and products are work it! And yes the come from China, what 80% doesn’t. That’s why they call it a slow boat from china. I can’t wait to give these to my niece!

Items made and shipped from China. Takes INORDINATE amount of time. Still waiting on order placed 6/16.
