Neither of the contact forms, email addresses, or phone numbers, listed on either of their websites work. From the looks of it, its a flimsy scam to get you to pay them fees to withdraw but then the withdrawal never arrive, and since none of the contact information is valid it never will arrive. Both sites are scripted from extremely simple JavaScript and both use the exact same simulation to trick you in to paying for extra power.

Bitspeed aka Unmined falsely claim to have free accounts.
I signed up and started mining on Unmined.io before reaching the initial withdrawal limit of 0.002 BTC.
This triggered a notification that the actual minimum is 0.005 BTC.
I logged in today to a balance of 0.01168303 - clearly above the minimum and requested a withdrawal with the intention of reinvestment to a paid package.
The following message then pops up:
Please Upgrade or Pay maintenance fees of 0.0005 BTC to
(redacted bitcoin address)
and to process withdrawals. (Maintenance fees are only applicable to free Users)

Waiting For Your Deposit. Status: 0 BTC received
Your Bitspeed will be upgraded automatically after payment is received and confirmed.

Is this a Ponzi or scam?
There are so many mining companies available for Bitcoin mining, and some companies are a scam, but Unmined.io is 100% legit as well as secure company because they always paid their users since its launch. Some Ponzi site is asking for money to invest on their website but we are not asking for money it is absolutely free.

They could improve by not lying about being a free bitcoin cloud mining website and actually paying people what they have rightly mined.

Scam site. after using it for a month knowing that i can withdraw what I've mined. But then you need to pay maintenance fee before you can withdraw, I thought it was free. then what is this.?

I wrote to them 100 times asking where TF is my BTC though I paid fee's and all the sh.. they want before I get my money? But jack sh... happens. Sometimes they answered do this and that which I did but never have my BTC got to my wallet. I had 2 BTC at all at bitspeed but now there is about 0.8 BtC though my wallet was deleted that I use to have at Wirex. BUT Wirex will pay me at any incoming BTC to.my wallet..

I'm very happy this is my very first Bitcoin mining experience. I look forward to growing my investment with this company and the customer service was excellent they helped me with my purchase plan efficiently.
