I just read a negative reviews about Jenny from customer service. My experience with her was great, she was nice and helpful.
And I've chatted with other customer service people, and they are very efficient and helping customers quickly. This is my experience anyways.
The casino has all the games I like.

Vip transfer service was almost instant. Literally took 30 mins max. Havent used the site yet, or tried deposits or withdrawals, but will report back as soon as I do. So far so good

Jenny was awesome helping me with my vip transfer. It did take a few weeks but understand their busy with thousands of vip transfers. Bitsler.io is fair and you should only gamble what you can afford to lose. They have the same slots and originals as other sites and their redemptions are just as fast and straightforward.
