Once again
Once again, a service staff [Rafael from the Bitsgap] was useless when assitance was sought. If the price is above DCA line, the total PNL should be positive or negative? For the last two days, for all new bots, the total PNL is showing wrong value. My bad luck, that i had to come across smart-ass like Rafael. I wish he had just pass the matter to technical team because this problem has happened before and technical team had solved it.

Perfect Customer Support
I had a situation with my Bitgap account where I didn't know how t react to.
I contacted the Bitsgap support and within a few hours a had a response with description about what had happend and some screen shots how to solve the issue if needed.

Been with bitsgap for 2 years and never…
Been with bitsgap for 2 years and never had many issues with them. Suppor is always quick to get back when a problem arises. You can trade bots on the exchanges themselves but I find its worth the subscription just for the brilliant UI and the features on the site. Highly recommend.

I want to commend Valeria, Olga, Raphael and Marx who patiently walked with me recently when I found that my exchange's maintenance day had messed me up on Bitsgap. It had been too long since I'd been doing much with my bots, and my memory was slow in coming back, but they had patience, and screen shots to help me along the way. I'm sure there were MANY others coming to them for help, so it did take a while to work through to the end. I would suggest everyone who is considering this company please walk away from them. My account and funds suddenly switched to "under review" for weeks and I couldn't access it at all. I involved the FCA and 𝙰𝚈𝚁 LP though the FCA advised to wait but it’s been two months already but the latter followed up with the case and my money was refunded peacefully

Great support and Software
I'm a fresh user with Bitsgap but my short experience so far is really good.
I had some questions and difficulties to start and got in touch with support which was not just very friendly and fast in replying but also very competent and helpfull.
I was in touch with several support members and they all were kind and doing their best to help as good and fast possible.
They even extended my testing period as I had some struggles and couldn't start using the Software outside the demo mode before it expired.
Apart from the great support also the Software seems pretty good.
The only downside so far is that it's a bit expensive if you opt for the pro version (and the other versions unfortunately don't offer enough bots for the way I like to use it) but apart from that the Software seems to be pretty capable, efficient and very usefull.
