They have a good support team but bitsgap still has a lot of work to do. very poor back-testing (doesn't calculate your bottom line P&L) (only 30 days )very poor calculations for your P&L (you cant see in one glance your dollar amount) and a lot of glitches...

Just want to give a shout out to Bitsgap for their excellent customer service to me once again. I just came to the end of my subscription, and had a scare that it wasn't going to automatically renew. YIKES! Both

Higher price, less futures, really?
I was very excited when they introduced trailing down. Now that I'm back, I've found higher prices (which isn't necessarily bad if it's profitable) and no more trailing down. Please add this future back, and I'll change my review to 5 stars.
PS: From 3, back to 5 stars as I promised. They added TD back, thanks for that. Highly recommend now!

We have been working with Bitsgap for just about 9 months now and have no issues with this amazing system. How ever after make a trade and selecting the two factor check and not following the QR code instructions. We here unable to log back into Bitsgap. Totally my fault. Bitsgap stopped my frozen bot
My bot had a data transfer issue and could not stop it or shut it down, this lasted a week; Bitsgap worked on fixing this, but it was the exchange that was the problem; Bitsgap fixed it, and I'm so happy that I hugged my dog, we played frisbee and listened to (IBB) IRON BONE BAND, on Apple, YouTube, or Pandora etc.
