Account Banned Instantly - Defective Amazon Card - Support Ignores Me

I purchased a $250 Amazon gift card (Invoice ID: [7a2fd2f3-bbdb-4611-adb5-25bed5e169d6]) using crypto. Immediately after I redeemed it, Amazon permanently closed my account and voided the balance. Amazon's official email explicitly stated that this specific gift card "is in violation of our terms and conditions."

Instead of investigating their flagged card, Bitrefill support keeps sending the exact same copy-pasted templates, telling me to "deal with Amazon directly." They know full well that Amazon blocks all contact for banned accounts. My $250 crypto is completely gone, and my Amazon account is destroyed.

They are happy to take your crypto, but if their product gets your account banned, they take zero responsibility. I strongly advise avoiding this platform. I will update this review only when my $250 crypto is fully refunded.
