Bitpapa is very simple and the security is high level, it is also a p2p exchange. For the past 3 years that I have been using the platform, I'd say it has been a great experience i have had technical issues the support team is topnotch I recommend this platform to anyone.

I have been using it daily for p2p for three months. If there are any technical difficulties, 24/7 support solves all issues. Those who write bad reviews do not know how to use the platform. I recommend it to everyone.

So far so good I will say bitpapa service has been topnotch for me especially their customer services, they are prompt and fast 247 when you have issues you want to address.

I don't have regrets joining this platform. My second year and I am happy to be here.

I made a ETH transfer and mistakenly sent it to the wrong type of wallet and support said to me it will take 2-3month to get… now its been more than 10 and they dont respond. So dont fall for this scam

I sent ETH to the wrong type of wallet on bitpapa, and the money was not credited on my account. Support told me to wait 1-2 months to solve it, well safe to say it's been more than a year and support does not answer me anymore. This has also happenned to many people, so dont fall for this scam.

I made a mistake sending ETH to the wrong wallet type on Bitpapa. The funds show on the blockchain but have not been credited to my account. Support replied once and I’m just being told to wait 7 months!. Very stressful experience so far.

And then blocked my account and won't respond!

Funds are frozen without explanation

I used Bitpapa to sell cryptocurrency. After the deal in which the buyer transferred money to me, I was suddenly knocked out of the account. When I was able to log in again, the funds were frozen and then written off in favor of the other party. Now my entire account is blocked, and I can't access my money.

Support does not yet give a solution, and the situation is extremely serious - I lost money, although I fulfilled all the terms of the deal.

I hope the Bitpapa team will take action and fix this situation. So far, I can't recommend the platform as safe

sent a seller £130, seller did not release my coins, i then open a dispute and nobody answers my dispute!

Got into a dispute, no response from the arbitrator.
Opened a ticket on Telegram, told me to wait 48 hours.
I have waited 5 days without any reply, this is the 3rd ticket i opened on Telegram already.
There is no one willing to help me.
This is just so sad.

Update: The issue was resolved 6 days after opening the trade, with no indication whether the trade was completed by the seller or an arbitrator - so I can't say for sure if there was ever any action taken by support staff.

However, I was able to withdraw my coins, so I didn't lose anything except time and sanity.

BitPapa should improve communication between support, arbitrators and users, as well as the process behind it.

Adding to that - as Telegram seems to be the main channel for communication, BitPapa should arrange an English group chat besides the current Russian one - for international users.

Everything went ok, good platform.

Basically I wasted my money.

The was a technical failure! I made a transfer and system froze. Thanks for the trader I opened another session and it was successful.
My conclusion.
A lot of nerves but just no alternative.

Just great, loads payment options etc . No complaints.

Thieves, with an auto answer macro, so it looks like they do something. They're going to steal your money if you let them.
