Bitoomba stole $3,500 from me!! They are THIEVES!

I can't even believe I am writing this right now after everything that happened. The moment when I decided to join the bitoomba.com website was clearly cursed. If you don't know what this site is, let me clarify it for you. This is an online casino that people use to gamble and hopefully make some decent cash. But what I learned is that you should never sign up on this site.

The site says they require no registration but they do. This is when I should have just given up so I don't know why I didn't. My girlfriend signed up on the site as well but she stopped playing almost immediately. I went on to play for a month and in the meanwhile I made quite a lot of money. Because they use bitcoin, I used $3,500 and exchanged that into their currency. Everything felt safe and good until the time came when I wanted to withdraw my money. I noticed this is not possible although the site states this is a very easy process and shouldn't take more than a minute.

First of all the page that showed me my winnings froze on me. Then when I reloaded it, it said I already withdrew everything!!! This is not possible especially with today's technology so I thought the site is glitchy or something. Of course I didn't give up so fast and tried again. Guess what the result was exactly the same one. Nothing happened so what was up with that?? The only thing left to do was to email the site and ask them about it. I did that too but they didn't reply to any of my 5 emails. I got very angry and searched for a way to contact them otherwise like by phone.

When searching for the phone number I noticed all the bad reviews on the bitoomba.com site. I realized there is no way to contact these people anymore and that all they did was scam me. Many others have been scammed too!! I just can't believe I lost all of my money in such a stupid way. I don't know why people still sign up on these websites because all they do is cause a lot of harm. Stay away from any online casino website and find another way to make money!! It's not worth it!

Bitoomba.com is a SCAM WEBSITE!

I don't think anyone should spend a lot of time and money on gambling. I don't enjoy going to casinos but I thought the online casinos are not the same thing.
I did not have a lot of money to spend and I realized it would be a chance I'm taking by playing online games. I did my own research and saw the system the sites use is called bitcoin. After getting enough info I felt safe enough to make an account on a website. The website's name is bitoomba.com and it is an online casino.

If you have ever visited such a site you probably know they say everything goes smoothly. You just have to sign up and then play as much as you want. This is not how things ended up for me. I put $3000 into this site and something that was suppose to be fun turned into a nightmare quite fast.

I played many of the available games and won some. I even made all my money back and then some. Everything was good. I did not want to withdraw everything at once, but just waited until my winnings add up. This took a couple of weeks, I guess I was just lucky.

After a few weeks passed I finally wanted to get some money out and spend it on something nice. That is when I noticed things are going in a very wrong direction. The online casino did not let me take my money out. They have a system where you get a notification once your winnings made their way into your account. That email never worked for me. I tried several times and I got scared I may just lose everything so I contacted their support team.

The support team was responsive and said there is nothing wrong with the site and advised me to wait a few hours which I did. After that nothing, complete silence. They even said they would call and then they did not. After a few days I was unable to log in on the site. This means I lost all the $3000 I put in for the games plus my winnings there. I can't believe I have been fooled by such a scam. In today's world these things should not happen. I am writing this now hoping everyone pays attention or you will also lose a lot of money.

Why you should never trust bitoomba.com

Incentives and bonuses is how Bitoomba lures players like me into depositing into their online casino. Or, more appropriately, their online grand scam scheme. They are all useless though because promotions, bonuses and VIP programs are only worth it when players get paid out in full and on time. When they are not paid out at all it is called a scam. If you have any doubts about the integrity of this casino, then have a look at some of their reviews, especially negative ones, which are scattered all over specialized forums and Bitcoin themed websites. Bitoomba still has not paid me out on my winnings from six months ago and they are using a variety of excuses for this – the excuse I get depends on who I am talking to in customer support. I have been screwed out of 10 Bitcoin in winnings and the only thing I have been offered by Bitoomba so far is a barrage of excuses. First they said they will credit my account in 24 hours, which became 48 hours and eventually became 6 months. I have met all the play through requirements for the bonus that I received, and I requested a withdrawal. Ever since then Bitoomba has been feeding me excuse after excuse when I tried to find out when the said 10 Bitcoin would hit my wallet. I have gone to bed numerous times hoping that the issue would be resolved the next day but honestly speaking I have already given up on Bitoomba and I do not think I will ever see my Bitcoin again. Things are certainly not improving with Bitoomba and I am writing this review in the hope that it will deter other players from being sucked into depositing and eventually inevitably losing their Bitcoin to this scam.

Stay away from Bitoomba.com !!!

If you think you’ll win some BTC and enjoy yourself in the process of gambling with Bitoomba then think again. They are absolute crooks and they won’t pay you out. These online thieves steal from their players and offer them poor customer service in return. Sure, you may be impressed with their website when you first visit, but it’s just a nice front to part you with your money more easily. So here’s my story. I deposited 12 Bitcoin into my account and after meeting all play-through requirements for the bonus I was ready to withdraw my winnings. I faxed all the documents they asked for, such as ID and proof of address, but all I got in return is terrible customer service and the feeling of being ripped off. I was told that my withdrawal would be processed in 48 hours. After four days I decided to contact Bitoomba again. I was told to wait another 24 hours. Two days later I was still yet to see my Bitcoin. All my withdrawal requests have been met with insane delays and no legitimate explanation as to why. Two weeks and about 20 emails later I received a reply stating that because I logged in from multiple IP addresses during the last month they suspect my account was used fraudulently and all my winnings have been forfeited. I tried to log in to my account but that turned out to be locked, too. I became a victim of a scam by Bitoomba and could do nothing about it. I use a VPN and of course my IP addresses are going to be different every time. The IP address issue was just an excuse for them to steal my Bitcoin. I got no explanation and my account is closed. What a scam!
