I like BitOasis because it is trustworthy, legal and without any legal problems.

I had issue logging in to my account because my registered mobile number was not working. I used the Chat box on their website and in few minuets an agent from support team resolved my issue and changed my number.

Easy to fund in UAE, easy for trade and the tech support is fast and helpful

I started using BitOasis just recently. I deposited AED and started buying Eth and also did an eth withdrawl. I dealt with customer support a number of times, they are really helpful, efficient, and straight to the point, no complications. Response is fast, they made sure it was sent to the correct team and they solved my issues in no time. Friends advised me to start trading crypto using BitOasis, and it was the right choice. Thanks BitOasis, I feel confident starting my journey here :)

They refused my ID document on the basis that it has "Only for use by BitOasis" and the year and date on it. Written in a way that does not cover anything that is needed to identify a customer. They insisted on a copy without any text - which makes identity fraud far easier. I find that suspicous, if the goal is a document, only for use by BitOasis, to identify a customer my docs were fine, if the goal is to use them for identity fraud then they were not.

So I said: well then I'll not open and account, and please delete all the documents I submitted, considering that you have chosen NOT to have me as a customer. They refused even that. Why would they want to hang on the documents of people who are not their customer and who have never done any transactions with them!!!???

Do not upload copies of your IDs or other sensitive documents to this company.

Add: response to misleading reply by BitOasis, KYC only requires you to identify your customers, you were able to do that, but wanted the documents in such a way that you could easily use for identity fraud at my expense. I am sure no regulation requires that you make identity fraud easier, or prevent customers from protecting themselves against such risks.

Also, you already made your position very clear in communications with me, so please don't pretend that you are open to "addressing my concerns". You have already made it very clear that you are not. It's only once you made that clear that I wrote my review.

I deposited my stablecoins in my fully verified BitOasis account. The deposit was never credited to my account and instead I received an email inquiring about where I got the stablecoins from. I responded that I've accumulated them as a result of purchase and sale transactions of other crypto over the years. Their reply was that since the coins that I deposited have previously gone through "unapproved" exchanges, they cannot honor the deposit and will refund them to my wallet. These guys are a SCAM and I highly recommend that you do not use their services under any circumstance.
1) Noone can vouch (or should have to vouch) for where a given crypto token has been in the past. It defeats the whole concept of fungibility.
2) Holding someone's money under some made-up reason (if you look at BitOasis' own published policies, there's absolutely no language or documents that disclose that "if we don't like the fact that your tokens have been through some other exchanges, we'll refuse your deposits"). The fact that they're allowed to make up rules and restrictions means that their UAE regulator is not doing their job and is asleep.

In conclusion, NEVER EVER use the services of these guys. It's now been a week since they sent me the email that they'll refund my deposit (after asking me to provide a wallet address) and I haven't received my crypto back. Good luck taking them to court for theft when they have no published physical address or phone number in the UAE.

I think my money is in the best hands, and its been good app till now...

BitOasis seems very promising in the beginning so I invested 10000 aed and bought bitcoin when deducting my money from my account they will deduct in 2 seconds and reflect it on the account as well when you want to transfer your BTC to another domain link they will harass you even thou your legit trader with all legal documents still they will harass you in the name of UAE trading regulations ask you all kinds of documents where did you get the money and all send transaction details and statement even thou your the only person and sole owner of the account and authorizing decisions even after submitting the documents they will ask you to wait and harass you more end point they have withheld my money now
