Scammers, who will waste your time, will never reply to email, both advertisers and earnings, they act dumb and will never reply, stay away from this evil people. Time and effort waster. Earn money for days and days and night, time to pay, they vanish behind the screen, while spending millions of dollars, advertisers and publishers worked so hard for.

This is yet another total rip-off survey site. Im sick of taking their surveys for no reward. They clearly get all my data and responses they and their clients will use for their financial benefit, but can't pay the measley points offered. Tell you what pollfish, from now on I'll lie through my teeth. Take my false, fake,untrue survey responses to your client and I hope they treat you the same way you treat consumers. Total RIP-OFF.

After completing tasks, they refuse to pay and if you send a message, they don't reply.

I recently applied to partner with BitLabs and the experience was extremely disappointing. It took them over a month to respond, only to send an automated rejection email that contained a glaring mistake: instead of mentioning their own network, they referenced my platform — as if they had accidentally rejected themselves.

Not only does this show a lack of attention to detail, but it also demonstrates poor internal processes. There was no explanation provided for the rejection, and it felt like a generic, copy-pasted response with zero consideration for the applicant.

Such mistakes, combined with the excessive response time, raise serious concerns about their professionalism and how carefully they review potential partners. It’s frustrating to see a network with a large following operate with such weak oversight.

Every surveys and offers site removed pollfish, what's wrong with pollfish?

they never answered my support tickets, they don't even care about the people who brings them money. A lot of surveys broke at 99% on a almost comleted job and i never got rewarded. So i would call it a scam, because they use your answers anyway.
I reported them to the customers protection in Germany, because they are thieves and NOT serious.
Beware of using BitLabs!
It's not worth your time.

the site asks for 100 usd to pay to get access. after that they dont write anything and they close your account. its 100% a scam site.

Hello everyone, this survey website is a scam. They never pay, block users, and don't pay publishers either. All publishers, don't use this site. Instead, find another with a better reputation.

Did a Pollfish survey through Eureka. Got rejected. Don’t know why. Oh well.

You guys are really damn, I'm very annoyed to do the survey of half an hour until it is finished and is said to not meet the requirements and not paid the basis of garbage, maybe you are more than that

Worst support team
First they will show you a lot of survey but when you complete them they won't give you money and contacting their support team is such a nightmare.. honestly so bad.. a big no to bitlabs

I completed the “Coin Festival – Level 30” offer on PrimeOpinion over 15 days ago, with proof submitted. I contacted BitLabs more than 8 times with no reply. PrimeOpinion keeps redirecting me to BitLabs without any real help. This is unacceptable. Avoid these platforms if you care about your time and effort.

This company offers a survey through other platforms and usually the survey taker is rewarded points upon completion. However time and time again once they obtain all the information/responses to the questions, a message appears-"Survey Closed" "Screened Out" or some other nonsense and the survey taker do not receive the points. Waste of time!
