How can one put his money there?

Avoid this company at all costs especially if you are a foreigner in Thailand. Took weeks to get verified and having verified bank details after 5 attempts they now want a video of me adding the info again. The account is verified but now I'm afraid if I add funds they will freez the account keep the money and reject the video. Do not trust this company

My initial experience with these platforms was largely positive. The platform was easy to use, transactions were processed efficiently, and deposits appeared in my account without delay. Everything seemed to function smoothly, creating a sense of confidence in the service.

The challenges began when I attempted to withdraw my funds. What seemed like a simple request became a more involved process, with additional verification steps and account checks introduced along the way. The requirements were not always communicated clearly, which made the process difficult to follow and contributed to delays.

As time passed, obtaining clear updates regarding my withdrawal requests became increasingly difficult. Communication was often limited, and the information provided did not always offer a complete picture of the situation. This uncertainty gradually affected my confidence in the platform.

Customer support was another area where I encountered difficulties. While responses were eventually received, they were often delayed and did not fully address the concerns I had raised. As a result, resolving the issue required repeated follow-ups and additional effort.

After trying to resolve the matter through standard channels, I turned to international OxғOɪ for assistance. Their team reviewed my situation, provided support throughout the process, and helped me work toward a successful resolution. Their involvement was valuable in helping me recover my funds.

This experience reinforced the importance of transparency and effective communication in financial services. A platform may perform well during routine transactions, but the true measure of reliability often becomes apparent when users need access to their funds.

For anyone considering these platforms, I recommend carefully reviewing withdrawal procedures, verification requirements, and support policies before making any significant financial commitment.

This platform has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any crypto exchange. A transfer was sent to my Bitkub wallet, and the destination tag/memo was missing only the last digit. This was not some random or suspicious transaction — it was obviously linked to my account, and I provided proof of ownership and communicated directly with support. It was very easy to determine the funds were mine.

Eventually, the other platform returned the crypto, but Bitkub is now holding the funds for 90 days for no reasonable justification. In my opinion, this is completely excessive and unacceptable customer treatment.

I’ve used many crypto platforms over the years, and this has been by far the most frustrating experience I’ve encountered. The support process felt cold, dismissive, and extremely unhelpful throughout the entire situation. Honestly, the support experience was disgusting and showed very little respect for customers dealing with stressful financial issues.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend that people do extensive research before trusting this platform with significant amounts of money.

I was trying to help a Thai friend to register, but the list of possible nationalities included everything but 'Thai'...
We spoke with 2-3 support employees, but they didn't even seem to understand what we were saying, regardless of whether we spoke English or Thai... And even after sending them a screen shot that showed that Thailand was not on their list of countries...
All in all a waste of time. And this is supposed to be a specifically Thai crypto exchange...

Terrible customer support and impossible KYC for foreigners

They were very tricky in getting me but the company site in my picture helped me and they will help you

I hold an account. Request a transfer of digital assets outside the typical basket of coins is akin to TradFi not Digital. Most likely you will miss the market bcoz the exchange takes forever to process the transfer. Customer Support is slow and do not offer quick turnaround and there’s limited liquidity. All in all a waste of time !

This is a very poorly done website which keeps spamming my mailbox without an option to unsubscribe or to delete my account. If they do their website so poorly, I don't believe that anyone's funds would be safe here.

I already have a verified and linked bank account and they didn't process my 50K thb deposit yet saying the name doesn't match (well then why did you verify my bank account?) and i need to fight for it. Took me 3 hours to do a simple deposit.

Attention if you are a foreigner! The exchange is a scam. They will not pay your coins even if you pass all verifications! Do not transfer money to them.

Poor app , slow response time , when you need it the most it will 100% fail you.
Slow transfer between exchanges , pathetic customer service.
Waste so much time just trying to do normal trades.

Even though I have been a customer with them since 2020, they would continue to ask me to do a KYC, and in the last one, suspended my account, claiming they could not do the KYC because they are 'putting a new system in place'

This suspension of my account has remained in place for almost a year now. I have been trapped unable to trade with no end in sight as to when their system will be ready. Every time I phone, they repeat the same mantra - They will let me know when it's ready, and no I cannot walk in to give them the information at their office.

Never have I been treated with this level of disregard by a company offering a service.

It is abundantly clear these guys have a monopoly, and do however they please, without any regard to customers.

The experience with this KYC has been a microcosm of the how this company lacks integrity or responsibility. They really do not care. They dont even pretend to.

In the past when things were actually working, I always got the feeling that they treat customer funds as if it belonged to the company - not the customer. Often I would question the timing of maintenance, as they inevitably would co-inside with massive moves in the market or critical moments of trading. It happened so many times - that I couldn't attribute it to co-incidence anymore.

Its almost like customers are there for Bitkub's convenience, not the other way around. I often ran into things where I would go - wow there is something very OFF. And by 'off', I mean shady. Not once - but a few times.

Im not surprised to see that 100% of the reviews here are intensely negative. If you can find an alternative exchange in Thailand - I would recommend it. But sadly, part of the reason why these guys are as arrogant as they are, is because very few sensible alternatives exist.

They treat Thais and foreigners differently. It has been 6 months that they stopped accepting updates for KYC from foreigners, and they claim it is their first priority!
Switching to another exchange, bye.

Bitkub was a Good and established exchange you could mostly trust (3x I had to deal with slow efficiency chat support for confirmed onchain deposits not appearing in my bitkub wallet. Solved but Time is Money!)
BUT NOW:
I am verified and was mostly happy until I was invited for a Mandatory KYC Update...
Sadly the KYC Team are totally Inefficient (or don't have directions despite the Kingdom having established decent regulations) and it's since July 2023 that they do NOT provide a KYC Solution for non thai!
It's at least UnProfessional, at best Racist!
So consider Bitkub ONLY if you are thai, they don't want foreigners anymore!
Many expats fund themselves via crypto, Bitkub works against Thailand's Prosperity!

As one of the most active traders on Bitkub from 2019 to 2023, I have unfortunately encountered persistent issues with the platform. There have been instances where customer funds became inexplicably trapped in the system after completing a matched trade, necessitating my personal intervention to identify the missing funds and initiate contact with customer support for resolution. Regrettably, such occurrences have become a frequent, sometimes daily, occurrence.

In response to these concerns, I took the step of reaching out to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for assistance. However, my experience with the SEC has been less than satisfactory, as they appear to be dismissive of the severity of the situation. During our latest communication, the SEC even posed the question, "What do I want them to do?" This lack of responsiveness raises serious concerns about the regulatory oversight and customer protection on Bitkub.

Given my experiences, I feel compelled to caution others against using Bitkub due to the recurring issues with fund security and the apparent indifference from regulatory authorities.

Terrible. Pretending to register non-Thai nationals, but in effect they just collect your data. Total Scam
