I work in healthcare.My annual tax return is my big chance to invest.I put it in here and now it's in limbo.Zero support and response from the team.They let me conduct a few transactions in the beginning and then closed the account. They request for Kyc verification and more funds to unlock my account. My advise advisers anyone new to them is to avoid this platform. They will keep on giving more and more excuses to get you to send additional deposits. They will never help My experience with "Kentralab" was the only thing that stopped me from losing everything to these scammers. I'm still livid about the entire situation and can't imagine why they haven't been shut down completely

I made a couple of small transfers of XRP worth around 5k USD and I thought they were legit. Then I made a bigger deposit of almost 12K USD worth of XRP and they froze my account. Like I see here from others they asked for 1500 USDT to unfreeze it. I was a fool once but would be a bigger fool to believe they would actually honor that. After I spoke to support and got no where and they changed my password or something because now I cant even go on the site.

Total scam

Never trust this company. They seem to act like they are nice at the beginning but then they switch up and stop being nice. customer service will shun you and make you feel like they are the ones doing you a favor. I'm glad i found S.U.N where their professionalism gave me peace of mind about my funds and they make me feel like a real customer.

This platform is the worst I have ever been on, they wouldn’t let you withdraw your money and want you to add more money to withdraw your money. They tell you your account frozen until you add more money. No other exchange does that so I do not think they are a legitimate exchange. Their exchange is a SCAM

I have been reporting several times this cruel team. I they work together with trustpilot and their youtube is blick. they locked my account with 19k usdt. I don't who do I talk to?

I tried in tree different accounts and they change the rules for each client. Lost more than 8k dollars locked because they always change the rules saying that I have to make another deposit to unlock. If this is not right, give my money back and I will change this rate

Bitiqs is a scam they will steal your funds. It is my belief they are being protected by Google. Youtube will not take down the sponsored site which must be by now thousands of complaints. And if you leave feedback negative comment via a video they send you a warning threatening your Youtube ID. How many thousands of people have been ripped off and complained? This is not some guy or group of people sitting behind a computer running a scam. By now they would have been stopped. This is big tech! It is my belief it is Google who also owns Youtube do they also own Trustpilot to give this company a verified status? Such a scam

Total Scam!!! If you saw this company listed on a video, then why no comment allowed. There are a few trust pilot reviews for them (slight deviation in name). They claimed a trust pilot review that is far higher than this one.

Video personalities are exposed as complicit, shall be prosecuted. They turned off comments so you can't see how bad this scam actually is.

Can't reach support. Totally locked out on third trade. No emails in inbox. Enough info to move forward.

So far a scam and thieving site.
Deposited in good faith and as required. Withdrew 2 times and then account locked due to bad wallet send to address.
They say the send to address was non existent but I had 2 already successful trans to the same address. Now they want more deposited to verify plus some bogus insurance payment. Account locked, frozen and threat of locking me out of support stating abuse. I am the one being abused. When I ask to cancel my account and send me my funds they say can’t close account with a balance.
Can’t withdraw, can’t transfer. Total thieves. Stay away.

they allow you to transfer in and out about 3 times, then freeze your account and what you to transfer more money into the account , ever time you transfer you never get to the exact amount they what, no exchange will ever ask you to transfer money to them to uplock you account, it is not part of kyc....even thought you have dont KYC.... don`t use them for anything, they will steal your money.

You cant withdraw money .They are scammers .ı have deposited 150 usdt to withdraw my money.They have told that now. Your acount has more 500 usdt .You should deposit 300 usdt to withdraw it.After that you cant withdraw again.This is ridicolus .They are cheating us .

Bitiqs is a scammed crypto exchange, I deposited my XRP coins around 201 XRP in exchange for 130 USDT, when I want to withdraw it to my other exchange account, the transaction was freezed. They asked me to send 150 USDT for verification, I am not gonna lose another USDT simply by following their instruction. I told them I have several crypto exchanges but none has ever asked for verification this way, they will at most do account verification using face verification KYC, bitiqs is the only one that requires 150 USDT deposit for verification purposes. I told them I m only willing to send small amount of USDT for verification but they insist on 150 USDT. No, of course I m not going to lose another 150 USDT into their hands.
I still hope to get my money back from them.
All relevant evidences are available upon request.
I just found out they have another webname called bitoqs used for scamming people just as bitiqs, and there had been some scamming reports by victims in the past about bitoqs on trustpilot review as well.
The guy on the youtube channel "arbitrage blick" is one of the culprits promoting these scammed websites.

THEY ALLOWED ME TO DEPOSIT, THEN ASK FOR KYC THEN REPEATEDLY FOR MORE FUNDS TO BE ABLE TO RELISE WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY DEPOSITED. USING VARIOUS EXCUSES, UK REGULATORY SPECIFIED INSURANCE BEEN THE LAST FOR THE RELISE OF FUNDS. THERE LINK VIA THE ARBITRAGE YOUTUBE CHANNEL IS OBVIOUSLY ALL CONNECTED. IF SCREEN SHOT EXAMPLES WERE ALLOWED THIS WOULD HELP FUTURE VICTIMS. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY COME UP WITH THE "I'M SORRY BUT THERES NO RECORD OF YOU ON OUR SYSTEM" WHICH I SEE NUMEROUS PEOPLE HAVE ENCOUNTERED. STAY AWAY.

This is 100% a TOTAL SCAM. I came here from a YouTube video on XRP arbitrage. They gave me 1 withdraw to draw me in and then proceeded to lock me from withdraws until I send more money. I sent more and they came with another excuse to get me to send an additional deposit to verify something else… when I confronted them they immediately locked me out of the whole platform.

STAY AWAY!

Bitiqs has been easy for me to use as a beginner. Transactions have been prompt. Im very satisfied
