Did not receive the welcome bonus, Poor experience
I completed all the requirements for the 'Welcome Gift' reward, but the platform refused to grant my bonus, citing generic 'Risk Control' reasons without providing a clear explanation. In my experience, these promotional campaigns are very misleading, and users' funds and efforts are not respected. I cannot recommend this exchange based on how they handled my account. Proceed with caution.
