I first started using Bitget through one of their campaigns, and I’ve been participating in different ones ever since, it’s been really rewarding. Honestly, it’s become my go-to platform over the past 3 years. I love how stress-free trading feels, even when markets get wild.
The copy trading feature is my favorite, I just follow top traders, set my risk, and let it run. Waking up to gains like that never gets old.

I've been using many different crypto exchanges for 5 years, and I've stuck with Bitget as my main exchange for the past 3 years.
Compared to other exchanges, the features on Bitget I always use have been the most convenient. One of them is P2P, I usually buy and sell in my currency frequently. Merchant exchanges take less than 5 mins.
Lastly, I trade stocks a lot and them having lower fees saves me a lot of money spent. Overall the most convenient exchange experience on my phone

I remember, when my elder brother introduce me to crypto used to juggle multiple platforms for trading. Since we switch side to Bitget i've been enjoying every moment of it till today.
Bitget keeps trading interesting with monthly events and reward tracks. I tried a small challenge, got into the leaderboards and airdrops, and now check the events tab daily. Rewards like tokens, fee vouchers, or bonuses actually arrive, so it feels genuinely engaging without being pushy.

When Bitget launched stock futures trading back in August, I started trading there since I already use USDT for most of my trades. Over the past five months, I’ve seen some developments. However, the 90% discount on trading fees and the ability to trade 24/7 have caught my attention & made me a regular trader on Bitget stock futures.
So far, trade there has been smooth; no issues yet.

I have been using Bitget for 5 years and honestly, it’s been a smooth journey.
Before they moved to UEX, one thing I really loved was their P2P feature. It’s super safe, scammers hardly get through because the platform is strict and you can lose your reputation if you try anything shady. That gave me a lot of confidence when trading.
Since the migration to UEX, everything has become even easier. I can trade crypto, forex and stocks all in one app, without needing multiple platforms on my phone. The fees are also really low, which makes trading even better.

The number of assets I can trade is numerous and loved it. Even though the Liquidity is not industry highest but the UI and experience is better and I really appreciate it

After using their services for 2 years, finally I can say that they might reach top 2 or 3 ranks in terms of universal exchanges . During the journey, they upgraded a lot and now working more on the universal exchange part. Now I can even trade Gold silver and shares of renowned companies like Nvda, tsla etc. Really appreciate it

Any company that conducts business over Telegram should be a red flag. I was assured that this company was legit and they finally got me. After 5 weeks of being employed by this company, I had my wages held from me and personal money was stolen by promising me I would get my wages when I went full time. Not only was I misled and lied to, I never got paid daily like they promised when I was hired, after I went full time under the intentions my commissions would be released, they took a full advantage of someone that wasn't trained properly and took my wages and money that was promised after I went full time. Listen to your gut, it never lies, they took advantage of a volatile situation. This company is operating in the US illegally. So why they still conducting business here and taking advantage of folks desperately seeking employment? A lesson learned that I intend to find out! Let me know if this happened to you! Thanks

I received an invitation to join this company and get paid a daily commission for improving different company's apps by increasing traffic with clicks. I was told a friend had recommended me. Worked well for a week and then they threw in a task of buying some bitcoin to improve their liquidity.
The next week they put me on a team and we had to pick an Bitcoin investment level and we were to be paid 30%. I was bullied into investing $3,800.
Then I was told we had to complete three such tasks with increasing levels of investment before our money was returned. I said no and was further "encouraged" to keep investing. I said no and requested my investment be returned. I even told them to keep the 30% profit.
The reply was just complete the three task and all my money invested would be return along with the 30% commission. Bluntly, I would have to invest another $30,000.
I stated I don't have that kind of extra cash. The text reply "That is your own problem." I took screen shot of everything as proof of what I am reporting

My experience trading futures on Bitget ended in a serious financial loss that I am still trying to recover from.
I fully understand that leveraged trading carries significant risk and that liquidations are part of the market. I am not blaming the platform simply because I lost a trade. What concerns me is how the liquidations happened and how the situation was handled afterward.
On the day of a major market-moving speech by Trump, volatility increased sharply across crypto markets. During that period, my positions on Bitget were liquidated extremely fast due to sudden and aggressive price wicks. What made this harder to accept was that the movements on Bitget appeared more violent than what I was observing on other major exchanges at the same time.
For Bitget, this may be described as normal market movement. For me, it wiped out money I had saved over many years of work. This was not just trading capital. It represented a large portion of my personal savings.
When I contacted support, I expected at least a serious review of what happened or some willingness to understand the situation. Instead, every response felt generic. The market moved. This is normal. We cannot offer refunds. There was no indication they were willing to investigate deeper, no empathy, and no effort to consider the user’s perspective. Refunds or any form of trade review were immediately ruled out.
Bitget promotes itself as a professional and trustworthy exchange, clearly positioning itself alongside platforms like Binance. The interface, features, and marketing create a strong image of transparency and user protection. However, when something goes wrong, that image disappears quickly, and the trader is left alone with losses and copy and paste explanations.
After those days, it honestly felt like market conditions became even more extreme. Since around November, price movements have seemed increasingly aggressive, with sharp wicks in both directions happening in fractions of a second. As a retail trader, it feels impossible to compete in that environment.
It often looks like high frequency trading and automated systems dominate these moves, triggering liquidations and stop losses on both sides before the price stabilizes. Whether exchanges consider this normal market behavior or not, for small traders it creates the feeling that the playing field is becoming more and more unfair. What may be routine volatility from a platform perspective can be financially devastating for individual users, yet Bitget’s responses suggest this impact on retail traders is not something they are willing to seriously acknowledge.
After this experience, I no longer feel confident trading on Bitget. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious with leverage, especially during major news events, and to understand that if something unusual happens, support is very unlikely to help beyond repeating that it is just the market.
I hope Bitget improves transparency about price feeds, liquidation mechanisms, and how user complaints are handled, because right now the gap between their public image and my personal experience is very large.

In my opinion, Bitget is a total scam when it comes to futures trading.
Based on my personal experience, the price action feels heavily manipulated. I have seen many situations where the price was suddenly pushed toward my liquidation level. As soon as I closed a position, the market instantly moved in the opposite direction.
The same thing happens when entering a trade — right after opening a position, the price immediately goes against me. If I switch direction, the market does the exact same thing again and moves against the new position.
It honestly feels like they are using bots or internal mechanisms designed to hunt liquidations and wipe out traders’ positions. This kind of behavior completely destroys trust and makes futures trading on Bitget feel unfair and rigged.

Critical update(11.02.2026) STAY AWAY FROM Bitget!
Caise#2830186 - In this case, Bitget seized nearly 25% of my funds, even though they initially attempted to seize 75%. After a second quarterly audit, they once again—without any basis—named a token for which I have zero trading history. This is clearly proven by the CSV file I downloaded directly from their own website.
#2717521 The most critical official response in this case is their own confirmation, which denies the existence of any trade on the given token, despite their investigations lasting more than 6 months. Two support agents also formally denied the existence of these trades․
Over the course of these 6 months, I have opened more than 25 support cases, yet I was never provided with clear information. In the end, they completely ignored the undeniable facts.11.02.2026
This is an official exposure of a scandal involving Bitget. My assets have been frozen for 6 months, and the situation has reached a point of total absurdity. Bitget is now completely contradicting itself.
Three months after the freeze, Bitget formally accused me of 'abnormal profit.' However, when I demanded proof, both your Live Chat agents and your Email support team officially confirmed that I have NEVER traded this token in my account's entire history. There is absolutely no logic in your actions: if there is no trading history on the token, there can be no 'abnormal profit.'
Despite admitting this error, Bitget is now applying the following tactic: they explicitly told me that because I refuse to 'return' profit from a token I never traded, they are 'closing the case until further notice.'
This is predatory behavior! You are using a proven lie to keep my account locked indefinitely. Every time I contact Live Chat, agents promise to 'speed up' the process, but this is clearly a lie used to buy time.
I have documented all chat transcripts and emails as evidence of this coercion and self-contradiction. If my funds are not released within 48 hours without any arbitrary conditions, I will publish all screenshots on X (Twitter) and Reddit, tagging global crypto-activists․Release my funds now!"

I am submitting this message as a formal complaint regarding the prolonged restrictions on my account, the lack of clear process management, and the absence of timely responses from your support team.
My account (UID: 1836148021) was initially placed under restriction for a 7-day review period, as communicated by your team. After this period concluded, I was informed that the main review had been completed and that only final checks remained, with an additional estimated timeline of 48–72 hours. However, despite the completion of both the initial review period and the subsequent final review window, I have not received any clear update regarding the status of my account.
Throughout this process, I have fully cooperated by providing all requested documents and information in a timely manner. Nevertheless, my account access remains restricted, and I have not been able to restart the identity verification process as previously indicated. Furthermore, follow-up messages sent to obtain clarification have remained unanswered, which has contributed to significant uncertainty and inconvenience.
In addition, the activation of my account on another platform depends on the verification of deposit transactions originating from my Bitget account. For this purpose, a detailed asset flow statement covering the past 12 months (including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, dates, amounts, networks, and available transaction references) is strictly required. This request has been clearly communicated to your team; however, no response or documentation has been provided so far. As a result, my financial activities on a third-party platform are also being directly affected.
While I understand that security and compliance reviews may require careful handling, the repeated extension of stated timelines without proper communication and the lack of transparency regarding next steps fall short of reasonable service standards and have caused material inconvenience.
Accordingly, I formally request:
A clear and written update on the current status of my account review,
An updated and realistic timeline for the completion of the review process,
The provision of the requested asset flow statement or an official alternative document suitable for third-party verification, or a written explanation if such documentation cannot be provided.
I kindly request that this complaint be formally recorded and that I receive a written response addressing the points outlined above.

Warning ⚠️⚠️
Don't use bitget because they freeze your assets and they don't let you withdraw your money .
You can deposit, more , trading allow on freeze assets but you can't withdraw because it's freeze ,
And bitget verification system also very hard. Because they give you a note of 1500 to 3000 word and told you to write it on white paper and also hold cnic front in selfi but your face, note you write on white paper and your cnic are clearly visible to verify but how it is possible it is possible in one selfi frame .
My assets still freeze from 2023 .
So don't waste your money guys
