I ordered a dunkin donuts giftcard over a week ago. It is a digital gift card and I never received a code. It was intended as a birthday gift for a friend (kind of last minute). I contacted them twice via email. Once through contact us and once through a support ticket. In both cases I got no response. I check my spam box and everything.
