We’re sorry for the confusion and your experience. To clarify, this was not a free trial—you signed up for a monthly subscription that includes a paid first-week trial. Once that week ended, the full monthly charge was applied because the subscription wasn’t cancelled beforehand.

After reviewing your account, we can confirm that an annual subscription was purchased on March 29, 2025, and it was automatically renewed on March 29, 2026, once the paid period had ended. This renewal follows the subscription terms agreed to at the time of checkout.
