scam scam scam , they had an website to upload photos and earn btc from views , likes and followers...(file.army) they closed the website...and now i can`t access the wallet from bitcoinwallet.com because the password is incorect...when i try to recover doesn`t send the reset password email...check your email to continue resetting your password
the link you recieve will only work on this device..but no mail ...blablabla SCAM

Fee for a transaction of a 0,0005 btc payment is 0,005 btc! So 10x higher fee then the amount itself. That is a fee of almost $ 25,00 today the day!!!

Similar with the amount of 0,0036 btc payment. A fee of 0,005 was charged.

I got 23.5$ if i want to send it to another wallet off-site i get 0.5$ out of it, 90% fees?

This is a scam. I was silly and deposited my bitcoins into the wallet. Once I tried to send them on it wouldn't let me unless I sent a tiny amount ($2) which I did. Once doing this my balance halved with no trace of where my bitcoins have gone. So I went from having $40 to $19 from sending just $2 worth of bitcoin. I'll probably end up losing the $19 I have left in there too. Avoid it guys.

Horrible fees. Took more than half of my funds for their darn fees. Closing this wallet asap.

They hold my money for years, once you deposit money to this site you think they are trusted but then when you try to send money they ask for verification and when you send them all information they will reject your request I have 0.00029 btc but cannot send it to anyone

Terrible. I am currently in a dispute with their support over why they sent the wrong amount when I sold my BTC (it's value ROSE after I put in the sell request so 'price fluctuation' would not work in their favour as an excuse in this matter). I get that Moonpay are responsible for the over the top fee when purchasing but having waited until the value of the BTC I bought was over what I bought it for as well as the fee I decided to sell it. they then send the exact amount I paid for the BTC as well as the fee to me in the wrong currency causing me to end up losing money after buying and then reselling BTC when it's value had risen over £3500 per BTC in that time. Now when I am contacting support they seem baffled as to why I am mentioning GBP, as though conversion rate's weren't a thing in the business of stock and currency trading. Avoid this company as you only stand seem to be able to lose money regardless of how well the currency you buy does.

I have 19.34 in bitcoinwallet.com try to sent all money to another account i try 19 18 17 16 can't transfert till i make 14euro you take like 50% of money never use it again if you have your money there take em back before you get stolen website dead

somehow someone was able to change my email address and i had nothing sent to my email saying my address was changing.. lost my entire wallet. the company should safeguard their clients better.
