The company tries to get a lot of credibility by using a two step system to confirm user login. So far so good, if their system did not prevent us from logging in after we made the investments.
I remember that since I made the cash deposit for my Bitcointrade account, I was never able to access my account, and when trying to regain my access they always claim that there is data inconsistency, even after submitting all my documentation twice for them. Not even after filing a complaint with the Consumer Police Department, they moved to give me back my money or even release my account to see my investments. I have the documented complaint in my possession to prove my claims.
The result is that to this day I could not access my investment made in them nor recover the money.
I feel like a victim of estelionate and I'm at a loss.
