I’m am Brand New to mining. Recently I have purchased 3 different models of miner and have been able to set all of them up and get them running with only one email to support. ( I made a mistake / not the miner )
Chris with support diagnosed my problem and corrected it from a single email.

hidden fedex fees. be careful. fedex will hit you with fees over a month after you receive your delivery with no warning.

I pay for the products in October and now is December and I didn’t receive my products and I still thinking that I’m not going to receive anything 😞. I don’t recommend buying from them

The product was great. I got it pre-assembled and programmed which made it easy to operate right away. Planning buy another one from them soon. :)

Have not set it up yet but if the care they took in packaging the miner is any kind of indicator of the setup and operation I’m sure it will be easy and amazing.

Easy set up and relatively fast delivery

Had some shipping and communication issues at the beginning. Spoke with Albert who was able to resolve all issues quickly and to my satisfaction. Albert was both courteous and professional. The Bitaxe Gamma 602 works great and I will continue shopping with Bitcoin Merch.

Still wondering when my replacement Zyber 8G will ship? They've had the defective item for over 3 weeks. I've called and left messages multiple times with no return call. I've emailed multiple times with no reply. ?? I'm beginning to think they're trying to ignore me and Renege on their promise to send me a replacement.?? Very Very poor customer responses!!

With the right person honestly is great. Specifically Chris, I like that he is honest with what he knows and doesn't.

I had a problem with an order I purchased from them on Amazon and they immediately shipped a replacement part that functions perfectly, and asked me to return the defective part after receiving the replacement.
