BitcoinBro handled my trade promptly and professionally. This was a first time crypto-currency trade of this nature for me, and BitcoinBro explained each step of the trade to me and answered my questions via WhatsApp. Their fees and commissions were transparent, which is a great plus. The KYC process was thorough but took a few days as I am not a UK resident. Getting fiat into their trading account from outside the UK also took some time but once it arrived, the rest of the transaction was smooth sailing.
