Do not trust this company or Amazon to back you up…

I purchased 2 desks with file cabinets and 2 credenzas with a hutch for a client's office. The desk came in smashed to pieces because their warehouse did not put any protective packing in to protect it. I placed the on order on November 24th, 2025. They came on December 4th, 2025. The replacement parts came in smashed again. Now they are telling me I have to pay to return the items I will not be reimbursedfor shipping to get a refund. Then they started sending all the wrong parts. As of today, Feb. 17, 2026, I still do not have replacement parts. And Amazons A_Z Gurantee is a joke! They have lied the whole time when I am trying to get a refund. Not for the whole purchase, mind you, just for the broken desks. Do not trust this company
