Seeds arrived very quickly. Generous amount, they have all germinated. Will definitely order seeds again.

Shocking Customer service. Was gifted a candle from here for Christmas. Burnt it once for a few hours and it was lovely. After that it failed to light again. They offered lots of things to try but nothing worked.
I had to ASK for a replacement and this was refused. The failed candle is now in the bin and proved to be was a very expensive few hours of burning.
If something fails it should be replaced no questions asked. Appalled by this.

Very pleased with my purchase of Salvia Victoria Blue seeds. The seeds arrived very quickly, I received several notifications/updates on order status, as well as delivery notifications. Will definitely use again.

One suggestion: I couldn't see how many seeds I was going to receive, so that would be a helpful addition to the website.

I was very impressed with the website and the seeds they have on offer. Ordering was easy and delivery fast. The seeds arrived securely sealed in a packaging envelope.

Each seed pack was beautifully presented in a brown pouch with a picture of the flowers on them that the enclosed seeds would produce.

I have ordered from Mel a few times now and the seeds are always great quality with great germination producing strong beautiful flowers.

I forgot to include a couple of seed packets on my last order and emailed Mel to ask if there was any way she could send altogether to save me postage and it wasn't a problem at all. Great customer service
