Poor comunication
The repair is ok obviously the change of the motor is not the hard part but the communication from customer service is very poor. I had to call once 12 times for someone to answer and another time 16 times until someone answered also I sent quite a few emails that were not answered yet and is been quite a few weeks.
The reviews that have less than 5 stars will not be published on the website as I left 2 times already and they did not publish the review.
Also, there are other issues that need addressing like the warranty is void if you are not the original purchaser and they repair only in the USA.
Why have bishop Italy if you don't do repairs there the other big issue is that you can not buy ANY SPARE PART from the machines and you have to send it all the way around the world to change a cam or a motor when they can send it to you and you can easily screw the motor on the machine and keep working but now you need to send the machine all the way around the world to the US and not use it for 6 weeks just because they don't sell spare parts? What about the part that you have changed where it is I paid for it in the first place so I want the old part back as well where is that?
Anyway, on the website, you don't publish reviews with less than 5 stars and this is a bit scammy and it means you have no transparency Mr Bishop, Well this one will stay here and you don't have control over it.
