I am unsure how these people are getting away with it, and the mistakes and errors are so consistent I have to start to think they are deliberate - perhaps some think they won't do a decent job if they "don't get decent pay", but in reality this place needs closing down and the office staff need to go back to waitressing at Wetherspoons. Every single prescription, sick note, administration task or anything involving the office staff is a complete frustrating, erroneous endeavour, if you join now, you will be dealing with this in years to come, you cannot get worse than this place, honestly try somewhere different. I am leaving this joke of a back street 'practice' with anti-patient office staff.
