Drop ship from China...

Ordered gloves from this site and after 2 hours decided to cancel order. Ofcourse in this site its impossible only you can write on email. Package was sent out at 2am from CHINA. I really have no high hopes at all. Also saw that picture review looked different from advertised product. What i read more about this company that it also makes you pay for returns. Glad i didn't order anything else from this scam website. Be careful people.

Fast delivery, suit fits perfectly !

I really was surprised with the quality and how well the clothes look and feel.
The quality for the price is good, better than expected.
Delivery took about 2 Weeks but that's ok, it was worth it!

I received my order and needed to exchange it with smaller size. Birmingham Wear asked me to send the item to their warehouse in France at my own cost. I did that but havent got anything back. That was 2 momths ago. I have tried to contact them 6x via email since i dont have their phone number. One sales person contacted me via email and i have replied to her 3x but still no news where my replacement coat will come. Fruatrating is an underatatement here. I advise others not to buy via this vendor, unless you want to have the same problem like me.

Very good quality, the shoes fits great and are very comfortable, the Shelby coat M fits good I am 174 cm . The coat is a bit long for me so I made it a little bit shorter, on mine knees. Quality is great, red in Side Shelby style. Thanks again

I've shopped with birminghamwear.com three times now, and this was my first issue. The way Stephanie stepped in made all the difference; her efforts to assist were phenomenal. I ordered 4 items at Birmingham wear. The measure help was outstanding. Within a week the items were send from the UK to Holland and it fits perfectly. The people from Birmingham Wear say what they are going te do and do what they are saying.

Clothes fit and look great, but they are really bad quality. I've had cheap Chinese clothes lasting longer than this. Even temu clothes last longer and are of higher quality.
After only 2 uses the coat started ripping on both arms. The 3 piece suit had holes in the pockets.

They are also really bad at answering their support.

Absolut cheap and lowest quality! Comes directly from China and nothing is as described. The suit at least fits but it stinks to hell and the material is pure plastic sh*t! Do not order! It‘s the cheapest china sh*t you could get! You will not be satisfied!
They even sent me a wrong shirt and support is not reacting.

My only comment on this is that they should provide a way to track the package as I didn't even know when my package arrived until I asked about it lol, but regarding the clothes it is fantastic, exquisite quality of the fabric, the design is wonderful, you feel and you see the quality everywhere, I am very happy with the purchase, it is completely worth every penny I spent on this purchase, I also appreciate the attention of Mr. Victor for choosing my sizes more intelligently and avoiding returns in this way, as well as solving my doubts regarding the whereabouts of my order. Due to some personal issues I had to cancel my order, so I sent them an email.
They replied quickly and the manager took care of the cancellation and kept me posted.
I regret i could not try their wear but will still recommend this site to all who like decent suites.
I will order again when the time is right
