We’ve been brewing beer in Stirchley, Birmingham since 2016 creating a selection of quality beers that all Brummies can drink, enjoy, and be proud to put their name to. We believe the only way to make exceptional, distinctive beer is to use the best ingredients around. What’s more, all our beers are vegan and gluten free so that anyone can enjoy them – even those from out of town!

Great beer, logistics not so

The beer is good, very good, and worth drinking. Customer service this time for delivery is below par, and worse than last year (at least I got a notification it would be delayed in 2024). Ordered Monday, email said 3 to 5 days, and by Friday with no delivery or notification, I contacted via email to say I need my order by next day for a large BBQ on Saturday or please refund. Got a standard refund notification on the Monday with no apology or explanation…

Good job I’d also ordered and had delivered beer from Attic brewery who managed to deliver much more promptly and saved the day.

Definitely worth drinking but the delivery time may mean you are parched, so you’d best order weeks in advance.

Organising a P1ss-up in a brewery

Terrible organisation. Terrible customer service.

Booked in for a brewery tour through red letter days. On the day we arrived 15 mins before the tour, and went into the bar to make ourselves known to the barman, who checked our names on his list, and told us to wait outside (with the beer we'd bought) and somebody would come and collect us. We sat outside in the makeshift beer garden, enjoying the beer for about 40 mins.

I wasn't expecting Germanic punctuality as this was a small brewery, but I thought I had better check what was going on.....

What was going on was they had forgotten us and started the tour without us. Lots of excuses about somebody taking our place, or not hearing, or wrong number on list, but the crooks of it was we missed first 30mins of a 1hr tour through their incompetence. We did the rest of the tour and the guide went over the brewing process at the end, and gave us a couple of cans each for the inconvenience, but we left in a far worse mood than we arrived - would not recommend.
