Fantastic service
We have held an account with Birkdale for a number of years and certainly the last five years I have personally been dealing with them they have been top notch. Their website is easy enough to operate and order through. The delivery comes next day (except current climate due to covid) but still comes within a couple of days which is great. And our contact in the office is absolutely fantastic, any queries are quickly sorted and a pleasure to speak to.

Gatelock problem
I had a problem with my Gatemaster lock which had been fitted by a local company installing my hardwood gate four years ago. The company that fitted the lock had closed down and I rang Birkdale Sales and spoke to Heidi. She responded very quickly and sent me a new replacement lock which I fitted myself. It works perfectly.
I suspect, but can't be sure that the original Gatemaster lock was not fitted correctly.
I was delighted and impressed at the speed in which Birkdale Sales responded.
