Patients can complete their assessment online without sitting in a waiting room, receive clear information about pricing and the treatment process, and have eligible prescriptions delivered directly to their door. Our team also helps coordinate administrative matters such as prescription processing, renewals, pharmacy communication, and shipment scheduling. BirchRx is a technology platform and does not itself practise medicine or operate a pharmacy. Medical decisions are made independently by licensed healthcare professionals, and prescriptions are dispensed by a licensed pharmacy partner.
