I just received my order and I am very impressed with the products. The customer care was great and I am equally happy with my table which is vintage Indian and rustic, as expected. Happy new year.

I still dis not have received my order. The Royal Mail tracking number provide does not work and I Nevers received any update regarding the sending. I'v been told to sens an e-mail in order to solve those issues. I Never got any answer either...

Sadly the table I ordered arrived scuffed, scratched in multiple places and dirty. I have emailed to arrange a return/refund a few days ago and haven't heard back.

This product arrived in an exceptionally lower quality than was displayed on the website. I know never to order from here again now, especially considering the company has not responded to my queries around reimbursement.

I had the worst experience with this company- I was sent a rotten, mould ridden product. The woman dealing with my enquiries was very unprofessional and rude to say the least. There is no customer service as such, it’s run by cowboys. Do not waste your money or time with these people, go spend your hard earned money to support a business that values it’s customers

Great customer service and fantastic products. Donna even opened the warehouse for me to take a look as couldn’t decide what colour way to have on the bench. Beautiful products, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I bought some items on your website more than a week ago and still have no news about the delivery.
I sent an e-mail to have further informations a few days ago but and remain without any answers….
Would like to know when will i be delivered ?

The products were beautiful and the delivery good too however I had an issue with one of them and I haven’t heard anything back.

I placed my order and the next day received an email telling me it had been refunded but no reason or explanation given

I have contact the service many times a I never has a answers, 10 days after I don’t have information of my order. I don’t know where his my order and if I receive the product some day, NOTHING !

Beautiful hand painted tins just what my daughter loves fast and efficient delivery.

Very happy with my purchase of a Indian handmade distressed wooden horse ornament. Delivered in reasonable time and true to website photos. Not inexpensive but very unique which is what I look for.

There is no communication at all since ive put an order and your mobile phone is constantly going to voice mail????
