Truely awful. I explained right from the very beginning that I just started a new company and so therefore I didn’t know whether I should have a business lease or a personal lease. They push me down the road of a business lease. Twice I had to link my business bank account, and I explained to them that it didn’t make any sense. I’ve already done it once. Every time it was somebody different that called me and nobody could speak English. Eventually they said that my application was rejected because I had just started my company. This was exactly what I told them at the beginning. When I complained they couldn’t care less. Don’t waste your time with this bunch of Cowboys.

I am very dissatisfied with this company. I called every week. When will the car be? Of course they kept postponing the deadline and when the car was supposed to be there it was a completely different model and it was actually an extra £100 a month more expensive. No no don't use that company they are unreliable and don't keep their word at all.

Really annoyed I am having to write this review at the moment, however I wanted to make people aware. I ordered my car early December a Tesla to be delivered on 5th January (I was promised by a guy at BIPI on message it’ll arrive) got to the week before and the date for updated to the 15th Jan, I was again promised that’ll be the absolute latest date it’ll come. Monday comes around again and it’s now moved to the 29th Jan, tried to call a few times since now and not getting hold of anyway, BIPI still have £609 of my money, I haven’t decided yet if I want to cancel I just need my car delivered.
It isn’t as easy as they make out at first so just bear in mind guys that the car you order may not always come in time and may be months and months late.
BIPI, please can you confirm my car is coming on the 29th or please let me know so I can get a refund of my £609.

I rented a car and alls was fine.
Car had some scratches and smelt of smoke when delivered.
I paid 600 euro deposit and took full comprehensive insurance with a 300 excess.
When I returned the car they said there was a special clause in the contract were they could charge the full amount for damages
They kept my deposit and charged me extra
They tried to tell me a boot shelf was 70p euros to replace because the string snapped.

BIpi service is great with one big BUT
you do not accrue no-claims bonus...so when you do buy a car if you have only rented with bipi for 2 years previously you will pay almost double insurance and are treated as someone with 0 insurance history...very important to know this if you want to rent long term and NOT CLEAR on the bipi website

My experience as a UK based person who needed a car for 3months:
Pros
1.Car itself was good and delivered on the date requested
Cons
1. Delivery driver accidentally took key with him after handover which and took another 7hrs for him to return after numerous calls. He’d also left ignition on which by the time he returned the battery was flat and I had to call AA out late at night out at my own expense to sort.
2. Being charged a collection fee even though the is nothing within contract. Delivery fee was happily paid as shown in contract. Any delivered car will naturally need collecting and should be included in the already expensive delivery fee.
3. Being asked to pay a deposit even though again the website doesn’t mention this and only states your subscription and no hidden fees
4. My deposit was held for a further 10days after car collection with Bipi claiming the car needed to be inspected. The driver photographed and fully inspected the car confirming the vehicle was fine when it was collected. This is the only acceptable inspection where myself and the driver were present to agree any discrepancies. They can't then take the vehicle away and say they need to inspect further as they or the driver could have done anything to the vehicle after it was collected.
5. Customer service and complaints teams all in Spain and terrible. No understanding of how an FCA regulated company should operate.

Have Renault subscription from them. From car selection to car delivery everything goes smoothly and happens on time. Really happy for there customer service. Hopefully it remains same in future.

Awful service. The customer service centres aren’t very helpful. Collection of the vehicle is confusing and when you want to return it they try to talk you into ‘insuring a friend’ so that it dosent have to go back. They charge €250 to collect it from you or you can return to the office which is hard to find and only open a few hours a day!
If you breakdown you have to get the vehicle recovered back to them, and you get no replacement.
Just pay more and go elsewhere
I was supposed to collect my car today however got a email saying due to supply issues they can't get my car now and have to wait 2 months little bit annoyed let's hope its just a one off and hope they keep me updated
My wife emma placed a order with this company on the 11th of September for a Nissan Ariya, at first we was a bit sceptical but due to the fact it was a coming from the actual nissan website we proceeded. But after paying our deposit for the car and given a 4/6 week waiting time this is where is went down hill. We accepted the first delay for another 4 weeks as this wasn't a issue but once the 2nd and 3rd time of delays happened we questioned their so called custom service on updates to be given false promises of a call back which never happened. We then got to the 17th of November as we now knew the week before arrival this is when we noticed the pattern that it gets delayed again. But this was the final straw when we she got spoken to by a very rude women in the customer service team for asking what is happening with the Veichle. After a quick conversation with my wife we decided the best option to do was cancel the order and get a refund. When calling back we spoke the same women and to my absolute shock when my wife told her we was cancelling her answer was "I think it's for the best". We actually laughed in disbelief.
Stay well away from this company, it was a complete shambles getting a vehicle off them so imagine if there ever was a issue with the car.
Ordered a car end of October delivery was supposed to 17 November they then put delivery off to 5th of December, I called as I am without a car and struggling to get to work, they changed the car to Kia shortage I told them I only had an automatic driving license they assured me the car was an automatic, Right on cue at 10.30 on 22nd my car was delivered jumped in the car ready to head to work to realise they had sent me a manual car, on calling them they told me they couldn’t get me a car till the week before Christmas this was no good to me so went to a different company who have been amazing and I have secured a new car, Bipi advised they would refund my deposit and first month subscription straight away on Wednesday as I had to now hire a car due to there fault, I have fought with them for 3 days to be told I can’t get my refund until they have collected the car incase I have driven it, what part of I can’t drive a manual car do they not understand, Avoid this company at all cost, if you are in desperate need of a car, I am now £1500 out of pocket due to there mistake and no resolution to my complaint the staff in customer service don’t have a clue
Customer service levels are a joke sales team inform you differently from customer service.
I was told the Renault car i subscribed to had insurance by customer service but the sales team say it does not i was then told by customer service it does not have insurance and i would need to insure it and send over my insurance certificate.
This raises more concerns how am i expected to insure a car that i don't have the car registration for as customer service wont provide me it yet they where happy to take deposit for my car to reserve and allocate me my car but wont share any information or documents for my car....
the levels of miscommunication are a joke between departments and how i keep getting misinformed.
i still need clarification of my car is insured or not and what my car registration and car details are i would be grateful if you can also respond to my complaints email and escalate it to a manger as this is a joke.

I leased a car for a month and made it very clear from the get-go that the car is only required for a month.
First discovery was after a few weeks when I called about purchasing excess kilometers. At that point they said just to call, and we can add a package of kms. They said Im on a rolling subscription and unless I had called 15 days before, they would have charged me for another month without asking. Even though I was very clear from the get-go this car is needed for a month only.
Later on after cancelling the subscription, adding those kms was no longer possible. The excess kms were reasonably priced though at 0,15€/km.
The real scam happened after returning the car. The return was signed and the car inspected and confirmed everything is good. A couple of days after they charged 99 € on my card for damages. And the alleged damages were barely visible in their photo. Funnily enough you pay insurance, but what for if they just try to rip you off anyways? After an angry phone call and some emails, the charge was returned. And thats the smoking gun. It was not genuine and if I had not made the effort and demands, they would have just kept the money.
I genuinely dont recommend this company due to the shady terms and made-up charges. There are countless reviews similar to this. Simply give your money to someone else.
Started well, some faffing about delivery dates, but people were very helpful and we were assured that our payment date starting before delivery would not impact us getting full months of rental.
After a few weeks of rental one tyre developed a fault, this was our problem to fix in spite of tyres being included. We've never had a fault like this on any other car, and we hadn't kerbed the car so my assumption was that the tyre was faulty as delivered rather than anything we did. No similar fault recurred in the months that followed.
When it came to the contract end we gave our notice on a Monday morning rather than Friday evening which cost us an additional month of hire. We then found that the 4th was the date they worked to, not the 11th as promised.
The contract arrangement is quite sloppy, you're advised not to worry about contract details, which I confess concerned me, at the start of the process but it's "computer says no" for slight differences when anything comes up.
The car was great and initially everything was great, but don't listen to the reassurances, make sure your contract is spot on, because it will be enforced to the letter and full stop whatever they tell you.
Shocking experience with this company! I never leave bad reviews but I have to on this account. I paid the deposit for a Kia Sportage in August 2023 due to my current car being old and unsafe to drive so decided a lovley subscription car would be ideal for my situation originally the delivery date was 29th September, two weeks later it then changed to 2nd October, two weeks later it then changed to 16th October and today it’s changed to 13th November. All I get is excuses after excuses and via email not through a phone call. I haven’t got a car now as I put all my trust in this company, I do not recommend!
I have had my car with bipi for over a year now. All easy to contract and set up but what really sets them apart is the support and helpful staff and really fast response times! Nothing is too much trouble and a quick e-mail or call and they come straight back to you. As I've had my car for a year now it's due a service. I just e-mailed requesting this and within 5 minutes had a reply from customer service requesting the postcode so they can arrange with nearest garage. Super fast and efficient friendly team. Great value for money so it's a definite 5 star!

So, so disappointed. Made arrangements for a car to be ready on the 1. Called, double checked and doubled checked again, since the webpage displayed a different date. When the time came - we couldn't get it until the 7. Called, double checked and doubled checked again, and everything was fine, they said. The 7. it is! Until the day came, and now we could pick it up on the 11. What happens on the 11. remains to be seen, but after going to so much trouble to make sure we had a car ready when we got here, and then having the date just pushed and pushed - it's just frustrating and frankly not ok.
