I've had two of these Bio Wave units. Both failed within a year. They work for my back pain but do not last. Customer service does not honor warranty.

I’d been using the basic TENS UNIT ($49.00 on Amazon) for many years and loved that unit. A friend of mine wholeheartedly I pay $500.00 for the biowave. I was impressed with how quickly they shipped and excitingly I opened the box, read the directions then get it going.

The first thing that jumped out at me was biowave only uses 2 pads versus the 4 on the TENS UNIT. So I figured their 2 pads must still be much more powerful since it cost $450.00 more than the TENS UNIT.

The most important factor for me on any device is that the pads are sticky enough to hold it down and last longer.

A couple more negative issues but I don’t feel like continuing. However I must add that the cheap basic TENS UNITS runs rings around the biowave and destroys the “features” used to SELL their inferior product…..

Chiropractors have used TENS machines to help me in the past but with these big machines. I wasn't sure how much good a small handheld TENS could benefit me but it is amazingly strong. I knew this is not a fast, 1 time fix but after 30mins. per day for 7 days, I am sleeping more comfortably at night. With a severely torn rotator cuff, and being a side sleeper, my nights were generally rough. Continuing to use the TENS for only 30mins per day, I am very hopeful that I will continue to get even more relief.

This is quite an amazing, powerful machine. It has really helped my husband's OA neck and shoulder pain after just a couple treatments. However, the app does not work on Android devices, which is very unforntunate

Instructions and videos were quick, direct, and user friendly

Not happy with the buttons, too sensitive with no way to lock.Battery cap is insufficient. Needs to have 2 channels for multiple problem areas.

I have been using Biowave for over 5 years. Minor ankle , knee and now back pain. It works, a 30 minute session provides quick pain relief.

Seems to be lessening the pain!

I find that BioWave has superior customer service, Mona specifically, and I appreciate the customer contact they provide. I started using the BioWave Go after several back surgeries, which resulted in constant ongoing pain. I use the BioWave Go to help with this and find it very effective for temporary relief. I highly recommend this product.

I tried to complete a return and never received a response

BioWave is not only a great product for chronic pain, but they have amazing customer support. Any time I’ve reached out for help with set up etc, someone responds right away. They also check back to ensure I’m good.

The Biowave is starting to diminish my R Achilles pain on the distal Calcainious attachment.
I've had this pain for 20+ years.
I am a Physical therapist assistant so I have tried almost everything to reduced the pain so I can Spirit again
Nutrition has helped the most ( collagen and Vitamin C ).
But Biowave has reduced the pain even without high doses of these 2 Nutritional supplements.
The combination should work Great together and alow full participation in Masters track again.

We didn’t have any one to come to the house to show how to use the equipment Angnes tried to talk us through on the I am 81 and my wife is 84 we needed hands after we figured it on our it worked ok. She call and check to see how it was working

Susan Lepesko's explanation and pointers regarding the use of my BiowaveGO was very thorough and useful. Although I had used the Biowave a few times before I spoke to Susan, her recommendations helped me focus in on my problem areas which helped me tremendously. Thank you Susan.

Doesn’t cure the problem but the temp relief that you get from this unit definitely has helped me fall asleep at night….highly recommend.

Wonderful training and customer service. These people care about how you use their products and will spend the time on the phone to ensure you understand and use the device to get maximum relief.
