The first tests of our Bionny 4.0 bracelets are very satisfying. I was able to evaluate mine during an 18 km run to compare my cardiac metrics with my Garmin Fenix 6, and the results are very simila... See more

Briony, who was Jamie’s child psychologist, really tried to get information out of him, but it was clearly not easy for her. The thing that put my score at 3 was when she literally asked Jamie if... See more

Everyone has their own experiences. Delivery was on time. So I get to match with my Whoop for comparison. It's not as big as the Whoop so I wore them on the same wrist. Comparisons after day 1 almost... See more

Hopeless Customer practice and zero comms on getting a refund

Since writing it took them less than a few minutes to respond to my negative review, giving me 30% off yet since asking for a full refund they have ignored me again and still don’t have a process to return
The saga is continuing as they still have not given me details of an address to send the bracelet back. The reviews they claim on there website are disingenuous and different to what they claim on their site

There are multiple challenges and have failed to get anyone in a week to respond to tell me where I can return the product. In the meantime, I have emailed 3 times filled in 3 online feedback forms to speak to customer services. At the same time I have been offered 9 emails for discount in buying a product that I don’t want, the discounts each time change currency from pounds to dollars. Any you can’t find anyone who will tell me how to return it and to where as the companies only address is in the States.
It’s now 3 months and have simply given up on a return, they actively lie, blame other departments but have only had a reply for feedback not solutions. I’m glad many people like it but mine is still unopened in the box

Would give zero stars if could

Would give zero stars if could. Wildly inaccurate. Am a physician and compared data points. Worthless. Tried to return after 1 week. 3 weeks later got response, told could return but slow refund. Agreed but then they said no returns and would give me 50% back. 7 emails!! Total con. Never did send address to return to.

This is a sham company and offers nothing you can't get on your phone already and phone probably more accurate! Do not fall for this!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DONT CARE IF YOU ARE PLEASED OR NOT.

No subscription fee and does everything that the other brands do!

Bionny offers all the things that other brands do without the mad price or subscription fee. I used whoop for six years and I stopped using it two months ago. No customer service reaching out to find out why or email to offer a discount to stay. Not a peep, nothing, nada! I'm still waiting to receive my band but the non sub fee was enough for me to give it a go. And if it does everything that whoop does and with a better battery life, then happy days.

After two weeks of use I can finally feel confident

After two weeks of use I can say that Bionny 4.0 (fitness tracker) meets my expectations. The data is reliable because I had to compare it with other apps and my own Apple Watch. As for the battery, I've been using it for more than 15 days and it's so far with a 79% charge. The only point to improve would be, in my opinion, personalized notifications about heartbeats, stress or something like that. At the rest, I believe it's worth the cost benefit.

Zero support

I just don't understand how, in 2026, there is no support for the client... email sent to contact@getbionny in 30 July and zero feedback.
Tried by Instagram, response is that is the comercial department and not support.
The bottom line, several features doesn't work, and I need help to understand how can I get a new one or refunded..
Zero answers...

You could simply call them arrogants and scammers

You could simply call them scammers, thieves, and scammers. They sell a solution they don't own under their own name and charge 300% for it.
They wish they could still deliver good, working products, but they ship shoddy products and don't respond to service requests. They blatantly ignore customers and their requests to repair faulty products.
Lack of proper customer service, simply a company that aims to rip off as many potential victims as possible!

Do not buy from Bionny

Do not buy from Bionny. Cheap dropshipped clones and a customer service nightmare.

Before buying from Biony, be aware that their H29 smartband is an exact clone, of the cheap bands available on Temu—using the exact same hardware, software, and materials, but sold at a premium.

If you need to return it, expect an uphill battle:

Non-responsive Support: It took five emails just to get an initial response from a representative named Angela.

Difficult Return Process: You are forced to fill out complex forms and, pay for your own return shipping.

Withheld Refunds:... Despite providing official tracking proof that the item was successfully and delivered back to them over seven days ago, they are still withholding the refund.

As a web professional, I strongly advise staying far away from this company. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Great deals on a great product

Easy to navigate website with all the fitness tracker information available before buying. The discrete band with no face was exactly what I was looking for. There are periodic great deals on the website that really helped make my decision much quicker.

Preferred over the ‘rings’…

I have owned several of the ‘rings’ that are supposed help with biometrics monitoring. My main reason for getting them is to test my blood pressure, and though they list blood pressure monitoring they were either not working and had to be calibrated (and still didn’t work) or I had to log into the app to tell it to test my blood pressure.
The Bionny wrist band is much easier to use. It actually checks my blood pressure at predetermined intervals, and the numbers are much more accurate. Plus is counts steps and many other items.
