I always thought it was going to be too expensive but when I hadn’t purchased the items because it look like it was really gonna work my legs that I’ve always complained about, but I’ve had it and I’m not happy. It doesn’t target specific area in my legs, I don’t feel that it’s doing anything, not happy. I spent all that money.

I just ordered my BionicGym, so I haven’t tried it out. But the customer support that I received because of some issues I was having ordering was the BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERIENCE I have had. Faith was so patient and willing to help me at every step. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you Faith and can’t wait to get my BionicGym: 🥰🥰

Just started with the product. Figuring out the app and the various programs. Getting to the point of getting my heart rate up and starting to break a sweat.

I did not receive the sticky pads I ordered and paid for. I did receive the charger cord.

My product does not work, while the service to get me a new device was great it is still talking over 2 weeks to receive a new one and as I have not received it yet I can't give a better review, now if the replacement comes and works the way it should I will change my review.

I am updating my initial review. I scored the company two stars as I ordered the Pro and received the standard and while I enjoyed it.., it wasn't what I ordered. I am happy to say the company contacted me the same day and set me up. Great customer service.

The system is good the problem is the design causes it to crumple up where the power pack goes in!

Update:
I appreciate the company’s response and am open to working to fix this.
Worst customer service ever, especially by Grace. They do not try to help you fix a problem and just tell you to buy another one. While under warranty I had to get it replaced and then when it broke again, mind you I’ve only had it for a few years, I got told to just buy another one? Last may, Moises offered me a replacement that I refused because they had just replaced in October and I didn’t want to take advantage. I figured out how to fix the problem myself. It seems that was a mistake because they are happy to take advantage of me as once again I am having issues with the leg wrap. The issue is with their actual leg wrap, nothing I did and a quick google search showed me this was a common problem that bionic gym had due to poor construction of their product and people usually have to get out scissors and glue and try to fix it themselves. Very sad to see. They didn’t even try to help me troubleshoot and thought offering ten percent off was the best they could do. They don’t care about customers at all or taking accountability for the issues in their product. Why would they when you can just buy another one right?

This bionic Jim is the real deal if you have the commitment to do it, which is the key yes it’s uncomfortable but you have to concentrate on the results. I started using it in March and by August I’ve lost 50 lb in weight. Fantastic product if you want to lose weight in your lazy boy, but it is uncomfortable like cold plunge and you have to be able to handle it. I thoroughly recommend this product.

Have been using BionicGym for a few years now. Lost 20% of myself with dedicated use and use it now to maintain that loss. Lots of other benefits for me as well: no cellulite, strong pelvic floor, better mood, better sleep, better monthly cycle. It's changed my life. I am able to exercise at work, at home, wherever I want. It's brilliant.

I had so much hope this would work so I don't take this negative review lightly, But considering I now bought a treadmill since this device wasted months of my time I should let people know my experience. I had BionicGym since 2021 and only this year in July I use it consistently. after passing what the Company's Facebook groups call the accumulation stage, I put in many hours, created journals to record calories vs hours, and even studied it down to a science to factor fat impedance (see my quoted response for details).
despite all that I didn't see any results. I then tried seeking help on said Facebook group where I tried posting my detailed experience that had journals, formula uses, photos of placement and even a video of it working. But for some reason, they refused to publish it which I reached the admins since the only policy I could think even slightly violates is "making cynical remarks" (yep, it is there), and as of August they gave no response so effectively they ghosted me. I even did the courtesy when I was a lot less angry to reword it to be a lot less critical but they wouldn't publish that either. now that I mention it I'm going to just leave it here for anyone that wants to see that, but yeah I feel I wasted time and money when I was eating into my savings. I don't know if people giving this 5 stars are paid actors, but the fact no one didn't even reach back out to assist in private, let alone seek help from a community feels shady.
"TLDR: my Bionic gym doesn't work, despite extensive efforts. See below for attachments.
I'm livid since I did 150 hours and lost 3 months, and I'm almost certain I did everything right. But I'm hoping there is someone who can point something out.
since 2021 I acquired Bionic Gym which I have been using on and off, but since September I have been unemployed and exercising to slim down since my weight has been affecting my sleep. I managed to drop 12 pounds before April came which as I live in Arizona the heat can get deadly. so cooped up at home, I decided to use this device more consistently. I knew there was supposed to be an accumulation stage so I didn't count the first 5 weeks of doing it at least 2-3 times a week. My legs did get sore so I thought it was working and it gave me time to find the perfect placement and alignments ( 8 cm from knee with center tilted 2 cm to the outer side, even made a mark near the logo and sharpied dots on lower thighs to get it right). I always stick to glucose gobber (GG) looser contraction usually at intensity levels of 30-35.
Once I was no longer feeling any pain I believed I had passed that phase. So I now was doing 4-8 hour seasons, 3-5 times a week, the only reason I didn't do more was we don't have central AC in our house so I'll be stuck in a little room lest the pads melt off. yes, It seemed excessive but if my calorie count was any indication I've gained 3.4 lbs despite my dieting attempts. For 7 weeks, cycling between sitting at my desk and laying down (in a zero gravity recline position), my legs were shaking, ensured it was cold enough that the pads were firmly attached, checked just in case, and even studied the muscles that would have supposedly been affected to positions the pads better (Rectus Femoris, Vastus Lateralis, Biceps Femoris, Semitendinosus, and Semimembranosus, unsure of vastus medialis).
Despite all that, I didn't see any weight loss. Assuming fat has an impedance effect and an understanding of the max 99 intensity equal 15kc/minute per website, being conservative I should've been at least 215 lb at 275 calories per hour x 0.61 for resistance, and trust me I used a BIA scan to try accounting for water weight. Speaking of that, I'm attaching that along with one in April for anyone wanting to fact-check. I'm also adding my day sheet from June and July along with photos in case anyone wants to learn more. But that said I felt I wasted precious time, and effort eating in my savings when I should've just got a gym membership. Please, I'm looking to be proven wrong since I have been trying so hard for these 2 years to get healthy, and to have many people vouch for this along with studies of NMS's efficacy when used this way, only to find the opposite is very disappointing.
Info use for calculations
Per manual: OHM resistance 500 - 1000
Fat ohm sources vary: some say 2000-5000 ohm, which makes any NMS useless. Assuming 500 ohm
Leg legs as template thighs mass: 3^root .055 CC to muscle ratio = .38 CM = 190 ohm imperdance
Thighs measurement: 35 CM long, 58 CM wide (sidenote, even with small wraps, still a need to compact to fit on)"

Be careful in case you get scammed. I just clicked the link & got this price, then came back here to read the comments & clicked again only to see 2 open tabs of the same page but with 2 different prices. That's dodgy & means I now feel dodgy scammers are in charge of selling this. Trust gone already. I took screenshots & posted them to their FB ad comments. Very glad I didn't fall for it!
