» Edwin Van Ruymbeke

Amazing Costumer Service!

Their costumer service staff is outstanding. They are courteous, professional, and very efficient. I bought a Bionic Bird for my nephew and reached out to Bionic Bird costumer service staff for support. I was taking away with their politeness and prompt efforts to assist me with my concerns. I would recommend the Bionic Bird to anyone, specially knowing first hand that they have an extraordinary support system behind their product. Once more, I'm truly impressed and grateful for their costumer service. In times were we can feel ignored by many companies, is refreshing to see real people standing behind their product. Bionic Bird - you guys have a great costumer service staff! Wishing you continue success! Ruben (Massachusetts, USA)

The technology of the bird is amazing…

The technology of the bird is amazing but due to the extreme light weight it can be a real challenge to control even in a minimal wind. It took a while to get it balanced properly for straight flight without constantly turning in circles making it even harder to control. Great product but make sure you are in a very wide open area with no wind especially when learning how to fly it.

Bionic bird is one of the most amazing…

Bionic bird is one of the most amazing ever! If you get the egg to charge it youre good to go for a 30+ minutes of flying since it allowes you to charge it 12 times (mine does) is super fun! Easy! And charging time takes 10 minutes when you charge from the egg! Literally nothing!!. Bionic bird is very safe to fly, it amazes everyone that sees it flying! This is a must have! It was given to me as a birthday gift and im in love with it! No matter how old or young you are this is all ages! I got the deluxed package and the ordered the egg and extra pair of wings/tail and it arrived in the mail way faster than expected! GREAT SERVICE BTW! id love to see a bigger version of it too!! XD

Wonderful bird

Amazing rc bird that is a pleasure to fly. Need a little time to get used to the handling but after practicing allows one to control very precisely the flight of the bird. Even looks and moves like a real one.

Kookaburra food!

Great little machine, lots of fun. Unfortunately our local kookaburra also liked it, caught it midair and flew with it into the gumtrees, only after a long chase and many stones thrown did it release the bionic bird. Little damage, easily fixed.

My dog thought that it was a real bird

My dog thought that it was a real bird and grabbed it by the wing. The wing didn't survive and so I ordered a new set. Hassel free ordering and it arrived without a problem. Love flying the bird.

Worst waste of money in a very long time

Constantly losing connection with the bird. Battery running out in 2-3 minutes, controls not responding adequately even when connection still strong.

Worst waste of money in a very long time
