Let the Buyer Beware
I bought Bioma Probiotics in June and used almost two of the six bottles I purchased under a subscription. I have not experienced ANY of the health benefits that the company touts for this product. I asked to have my subscription cancelled and was told I would have to pay an additional $60 because I was given a “special” subscription price. I am being penalized for cancelling a subscription for a product that does not work for me. They advertise that you can cancel your subscription at anytime but fail to say you’ll be stuck paying the full non-subscription price if you do. Let the buyer beware!

Our subscription plans are offered at a discounted rate, and if you choose to cancel before the second charge has been processed, the difference between the discounted subscription price and the regular one-time purchase price applies, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. After the second charge has been processed, the subscription can be canceled at any time without this price difference.

Absolute Thievery
Total nightmare to deal with. I submitted an order, then after speaking with my doctor, I decided to return my order once it was received. It has been terrible since. I requested the return label and cancellation of my 6 month subscription. I received a email with the label and “rest assured, your subscription has been cancelled. I printed the label and shipped the original shipment back, unopened. For this I I will be charged $15 and will have to wait 2 weeks from when the shipment is received back at Bioma. But wait! Not only was my subscription NOT cancelled, ANOTHER 6 month subscription was charged to me one week later. For which I will have request another return label to ship an UNAUTHORIZED shipment back for my CANCELED subscription to pay ANOTHER $15, then wait another TWO WEEKS after the return shipment received and processed by Bioma. At the loss of $30, plus the egregious amount of time they are waiting to return money they were not authorized to take. They are “sorry for any inconvenience”, but not for stealing from me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Buyer beware.

I feel that this company has been truly transparent about what their products offer and love the results I've seen since using them. It's rare that you will find supplements that you truly love and can see benefits resulting from it fairly quickly. The shopping and ordering process is always very quick and simple. Shipping and delivery has been done within a reasonable amount of time as well.
