Thank you for your feedback.
We fully acknowledge that your order took longer than expected to arrive, which is why we apologised for the delay and offered compensation in the form of a 25% voucher. In addition, we also offered to refund your shipping costs as a goodwill gesture.
However, the original 25% voucher was valid for 2 months. Unfortunately, it was not used within that validity period and eventually expired. We cannot be held responsible if a voucher is not redeemed during the time it remains active.
Despite this, our support team still attempted to assist by providing an alternative discount code, even though the original promotion was no longer available. At that time, the highest discount we could offer was 15%.
We always try to find fair solutions when issues occur, but voucher validity periods and promotional offers are subject to change over time.

We understand your frustration regarding the payment processing time. However, bank transfer processing times are not controlled by us and may vary depending on the banks involved, compliance checks, weekends, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Orders are only dispatched once payment has been successfully received and matched to the correct order. This is a standard security procedure followed by many businesses.
We would also like to note that throughout our communication, our customer support team was subjected to aggressive and inappropriate language. While we always strive to assist customers professionally and respectfully, we expect the same level of respect in return. Abuse, insults, and hostile behaviour towards our staff are not acceptable.
We are committed to helping customers resolve issues, but we reserve the right to refuse service where communication becomes abusive or threatening.
Furthermore, the statement that we "take customers' money and do not deliver orders" is entirely false. Thousands of customers receive their orders successfully, and all paid orders are processed and shipped once payment has been confirmed.

I’m sorry to hear you feel this way, but I’d like to clarify a few things.
I personally asked you to contact us via WhatsApp because it is significantly faster than email. Our email response time is typically 2–5 business days, which is clearly stated and is not unusual for customer support.
Nobody is trying to scam you. Your order was placed over the weekend, when banks are closed and transfers are not always immediately visible on our side. We also manually verify and approve bank transfer payments, which means we need to confirm receipt before processing an order.
If an Order ID is not provided or if we cannot immediately match a transfer to a specific order, we may request additional payment information so we can locate and verify the transaction correctly. This is a standard security procedure and is intended to protect both the customer and our business.
Rather than assuming fraudulent activity, all that was required was a little patience while we checked the payment with our bank. We are happy to assist every customer, but accusations of scamming are unfair when the payment verification process is still ongoing.
If your payment has been received, your order will be processed accordingly.

This raises a serious concern that you may have placed your order through a fraudulent website impersonating our brand. Unfortunately, there are currently several scam websites (at least four that we are aware of) attempting to copy our branding and mislead customers into believing they are purchasing from Biolab Shop.
We would also like to clarify that we have not received any email from you, nor do we have any record of contact from the email address associated with this review.
If you genuinely placed an order with the official Biolab Shop, please contact us directly with your order number and the email address used for the purchase so we can investigate immediately. Please also verify that your order was placed through our official website only.

We would like to clarify that, following your request, we provided the product's laboratory Certificate of Analysis (COA). However, you subsequently requested access to internal product documentation and proprietary formulation records.

No reputable cosmetic manufacturer or brand discloses confidential internal documentation, formulation development files, supplier agreements, manufacturing records, or other proprietary business documents to customers. This is standard practice across the cosmetics industry and applies to brands of all sizes, from independent manufacturers to global companies.

Customers are typically provided with relevant documentation such as ingredient listings, product specifications, and, where applicable, Certificates of Analysis. These are the appropriate documents used to verify product quality and compliance.

While we respect your desire for additional information, it is unreasonable to expect any cosmetic company to disclose confidential internal business documentation. The fact that such documents are not provided should not be interpreted as a lack of transparency, but rather as standard industry practice designed to protect intellectual property and proprietary formulations.

Hello,
We kindly ask you to stop posting the same accusations across multiple platforms before allowing us to fully resolve the matter. We have already agreed to issue the refund and genuinely attempted to process it. Unfortunately, the transfer was returned back to us because your bank is based in Turkey, and our banking provider does not currently support transfers to Turkish banks.
This issue was not caused by an unwillingness to refund you, but by a banking limitation outside of our control. As soon as the payment was returned, we required alternative payment details in order to complete the refund successfully.
Please provide either:
bank details from a different supported bank/country, or
a PayPal address,
and we will process the refund immediately.
We also want to clarify that while we acknowledge the packing mistake and apologized for it, posting repeated public accusations suggesting intentional misconduct is unfair and damaging, especially while we are actively trying to resolve the situation.
We remain willing to finalize the refund as soon as valid alternative payment details are provided.
